This couch is spectacular. It’s comfortable, attractive and one of the best things is the fabric. It’s very stain resistant. I accidentally splashed some chocolate drops from a protein shake on it and it wiped right off. The fact that you can wash the covers is even better. The shade of white is beautiful, the texture of the material as well. It’s the perfect length for someone 5’9” as myself. It was easy to put together - I did it myself although it took more than 30 minutes as someone said. I’d say allow an hour or two for each section. It feels sturdy and is a stunning value for the money. I didn’t expect to be this satisfied. I had one kerfuffle but customer service handle it expediently and with excellent communication and understanding. Feel comfortable to make this purchase. Solid product and company. One note - my photo was a quick one the day after I put it together so not the greatest photo. I’m blown away by this couch. It came in 4 separate boxes and I suggest you start with the box labeled L for left. Assembly was simple using the provided instructions if you start with box L and the rest becomes very easy after you figure out the first box. It looks amazing in my space! I just moved so the house is still kinda empty, but I like that it looks classy and has deep seats that are comfortable. I also like that most of the pieces (back and seat cushions) have removable covers that you can throw in the wash. And the ottomans come pretty much assembled so there’s no complication messing with the hinges. I would say the cushions are on the firmer side. I’ve tried different configurations with and without the center piece so you can play with it too depending on your space. All in all just a wonderful couch at amazing value. This cough is amazing. I bought it to fit my new living room and it looks great. It’s easy to assemble. I did it by myself and it just took me one hour, very straightforward. The couch has several layout options if you buy more than five pieces. It also comes with an ottoman which can be opened and provide extra storage space. All the covers are removable so they can be taken off from the couch and washed in the washer. The cushions are soft, and feel very comfortable when sit on it. This cloud couch exceeded my expectations. Assembly was straightforward and easy to follow. Because of the weight of the sections, I would recommend having two people put it together, but I was able to assemble it by myself with some extra time and effort. One of my favorite features is the modular design, which allowed me to customize the layout to fit my living room perfectly. The couch is very comfortable with deep seating, and it gives my space a clean, modern look. I’m really disappointed. “Cloud” is not the word I would use to describe this couch at all. More like a few feathers on a board. I waited the time to let the couches expand but there’s just nothing there. Let’s not talk about the how cheap everything else is. I couldn't be happier with this modular sofa! It is incredibly comfortable—like sitting on a cloud, yet it still provides the perfect amount of support. The fabric is beautiful, soft, and looks high-end in our living room. As a cat owner, I was a bit nervous about getting a white/cream sofa, but it has been surprisingly easy to maintain. My cats love it just as much as we do (you can see their window perch right next to it, but they often prefer napping right on the cushions!). The configuration is super flexible, and it perfectly fits our space. My friend visited my place and is asking me the link of this sofa immediately after she sits. We ordered the 3-piece modular sofa plus an ottoman, and they arrived in four separate boxes over a few days — basically a slow-motion treasure hunt. Thankfully, every piece inside was perfectly intact. Assembly was easier (and funnier) than expected. Each module has a zipper you open to reveal backrests and armrests tucked inside like they’re hiding from responsibilities. The cushions come vacuum-packed; cut the bag and they puff up dramatically, like they’re taking their first big breath after being freed. We chose the cream/ivory color, and I was honestly impressed — no color difference at all compared to the product photos. It looks stylish, cozy, and gives the room that “I tried” interior design vibe without me actually having design skills. Each foam cushion has a matching removable cover, and yes, they’re machine washable — which is perfect for anyone who lives with kids, pets, or drinks with questionable coordination (me). I did most of the assembly solo, but having a second person definitely makes the process faster — and gives you someone to blame when a piece is upside down. All the pieces fit together tightly, with no weird gaps or wobbles. The workmanship is clean and surprisingly refined for something that came in mystery boxes over multiple days. Overall, super happy with it. Looks great, feels great, and assembling it was way more entertaining than it should’ve been. 10/10 would recommend — and would definitely buy the cream color again. ... show more
