1st off I did a lot of research for weeks and decided to pick this Couch. It was pretty easy to put together. It took my husband and I about two hours to unboxed it, put it together and put the cushions on it however we did leave the cushions out for a day just so they could puff up before we put the covers over them, it’s not your typical over stuffed firm couch that you would buy at a furniture store so it may take a little getting used to, but the first layer of cushion is feathers and then under that layer is a foam pad and then under that is your actual couch frame with springs you sit in it and you sink in it it’s very easy to curl up on this couch. Its very comfortable but in a different way because we are used to big reclining sofa We’ve never bought a lounging couch before, but I am in love with this lounging couch and it also looks very high-end and dressy if you fluff it , I wanted to make sure I didn’t buy a couch that looks frumpy, and this one fits the bill. To top it off both foot Ottomans hold all the blankets. And it’s super easy to clean the first night. We set it up in the living room. My son got Cheetos on it and I was able to wipe the Cheetos off with a damp cloth so I’m guessing it has some sort of scotch guard coating on top of it. And for reference my area rug is 12 feet long, the couch fits our whole entire family

I was hesitant to spend $680 on a couch I’d never sat on, but after weeks of research I pulled the trigger and I have zero regrets. This thing is exactly as “cloud-like” as advertised — the first time I sat down I genuinely didn’t want to get up. The modular design is super practical. I live in an apartment with a narrow doorway and getting a full sectional up the stairs would’ve been a nightmare — the fact that it comes in pieces was a lifesaver. Setup took maybe 30 minutes. The white cover looks stunning in person, very clean and modern. I was worried about keeping it white but the washable cover is a game changer — already thrown it in the wash once after a movie night snack situation and it came out perfect. It’s been three months now and it still feels just as full and plush as day one. No sagging, no flattening. The ottoman is the perfect size for stretching out. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence. Just get it.

I am absolutely in love with our furniture. It is BIG. So roomy. I was skeptical ordering online but I am so glad I took the leap! Fabric is so soft and made with quality material. If you want a modular living room set I highly recommend

I don’t normally review items but I heavily rely on reviews when it comes to making a purchase on items that I can’t go physically see and or touch before buying. So this review is for others who are like me. I have now owned this couch for 3.5 months- I will start with the cons then give the pros. Cons: 1. This couch is labeled as “kid and pet friendly” I am assuming it is only labeled as such because the fabric IS easily removable and machine washable- but with that being said, it pills very easily (as shown in photos of a spot that has never been washed or scrubbed, just pilled on its own) and I feel like this couch is a MAGNET for dog hair. Now of course I expect dog hair to get on said couch with dogs in the home, but what I wasn’t expecting was how difficult it is to get dog hair OFF the couch. The hair imbeds into the fabric and you can’t just vacuum it off or use a sticky roller to try to get it off - I have to physically spend LOTS of time picking individual hairs out of the fabric. It is my fault for buying a white couch with dogs but the listing made it seem “pet friendly” as it is supposed to be ‘scratch resistant and pilling proof’ yet I don’t find that to true. This is a heads up for anyone with animals or young children - probably not the couch for you. 2. The second major con is that the couch cushions that you sit on are very UNCOMFORTABLE. It’s listed as ‘ultra soft and plush’- yet the cushions are as if you are sitting on a firm restaurant booth seat (minus the leather aspect and much thinner). It gets so uncomfortable I have to grab a pillow to sit on, on top of the couch. I have now resorted to looking at how to replace the cushions to make it more comfortable and that’s just an extra cost / headache that shouldn’t be needed only 3.5months in. 3. Not so much a con as a nuisance- the back cushions are feather filled (actually very comfortable) but with that, the feathers will poke out and stab you like a needle when you aren’t expecting. Now on to the pros: 1. Back cushions of the couch are very comfortable, if only the cushions you sit on were the same quality. 2. The look of the couch is very sleek and modern. This couch will elevate a space as long as you don’t have pets that shed (see cons #1) 3. The storage ottomans are very well built and work wonderfully and can hold quite a bit of storage (blankets, pillows)

New Note: I bought this in February and it is now August. It is the most comfortable couch and so durable. I haven’t washed the covers but I did spill a few things - chocolate protein shake and a splash of coffee. It wiped off instantly and what looked like a disaster was gone instantly on a white couch. I LOVE THIS COUCH. Review from when I first got it: This couch is spectacular. It’s comfortable, attractive and one of the best things is the fabric. It’s very stain resistant. I accidentally splashed some chocolate drops from a protein shake on it and it wiped right off. The fact that you can wash the covers is even better. The shade of white is beautiful, the texture of the material as well. It’s the perfect length for someone 5’9” as myself. It was easy to put together - I did it myself although it took more than 30 minutes as someone said. I’d say allow an hour or two for each section. It feels sturdy and is a stunning value for the money. I didn’t expect to be this satisfied. I had one kerfuffle but customer service handle it expediently and with excellent communication and understanding. Feel comfortable to make this purchase. Solid product and company. One note - my photo was a quick one the day after I put it together so not the greatest photo. It’s since proofed out a bit more and it has less waves in it now as well as I had strong side lighting.

Was looking forward to this sofa but unfortunately it was made poorly. It took me a little over 2 hours to get everything out of its packaging and the very last foot I had to twist on, the hole had a little metal nub that would not let me attach the leg/foot!!! I have processed my return and it will be picked up in a few days. Such a waste of time!! DO NOT BUY. It’s worse than IKEA furniture.

I love it! It was pretty easy to construct and looks beautiful. I love the fabric bc it looks like linen and not shiny and cheap. The only issue I’ve had with it is the center cushion area started to become more flat where people sit but besides that it’s perfect

I am so happy with my cloud couch! It has completely changed the feel of my living room and made the space look so much more cozy, modern, and inviting. The couch is incredibly soft and comfortable, but it still has the right amount of support, so it is perfect for both relaxing and everyday use. I love how spacious it is because my family and I can sit comfortably together without feeling crowded. The cushions feel plush and high-quality, and the fabric looks beautiful in person. It gives the room a clean, stylish look while still feeling warm and comfortable. This has quickly become everyone’s favorite spot in the house, whether we are watching movies, having guests over, or just relaxing after a long day. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase. It looks great, feels amazing, and is exactly what I was hoping for. I would definitely give it five stars and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and high-quality couch.
