Honestly, I believe you could probably find a better couch for the price. Although it is comfortable and cozy, the backrests are not well made and once you slide them all together the back piece of each seat does not align because of weird bends in deformaties in the formation. Unfortunately for us the back of the couch is exposed and it’s not against a wall so you can obviously see this issue. If the couch is fully against the wall then I guess you wouldn’t notice. Great couch for the price! Honestly nervous at first because it seems a bit cheap in quality but as soon as the covers are on it was great! Quality of the fabric is nice and it was easy to put together aside from the pieces that connect it- those were tricky. Nice and big and comfy for my family

Ok. Soo boxes came different days. Like beginning of the month till the middle of the month. Good thing we did not try to start putting them together as there was no message saying 4 of 8.. or 3 more of 8… last one came 2 days after 6,7,8… we had decided to put them up right before family arrives for Christmas!! Good thing. They are HEAVY. AND LARGE. if you have a small living room , there is no room for really anything else. I had bought a sofa table to go behind as my end tables I knew were not going to be a thing. Well neither is the sofa table. That all being said they are well made and ohhh soo comfy cozy. The 8 seater ( each seat is really a seat and a half and the ottomans are too ) came with lots of throw pillows. You sit in it and you dont want to get up. Ideal for that guest bed if you need one. Also going I be great for the hubby and I to nap on when our guests for Christmas go home. Great value. Coupes used an invoice or email though on how many boxes to expect. First of all, the sofa was delivered on time. Make sure to have help especially if you have stairs. There are four boxes. Assembly was fairly easy. When I opened one box I noticed one of the screw attachment area had damage to the wood (see photo). We choose not to attach the pieces for fear of having issues with that. As far as comfort and quality, I do not like the feel of sitting on plastic. You can also hear when you push on the pillows that it sounds like plastic inside. The skirts also were not big enough to fit the end pieces comfortably (see photo). Appearance wise, it looks good and decent size. I also suggest clearer directions. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This couch is amazing, gigantic and comfy, and I would buy it again. BUT it says it has a storage ottoman and it does not😔 so nowhere to store the extra pillows or blankets. It has a feathery material so you just sink into it, and surprisingly doesn’t need too much fluffing. You definitely need two people to carry these boxes bc they’re HUGE. I’m average height but this would be good even for a tall man ... show more

We love this sofa. It was easy to assemble and fits perfectly in our space. Quality material and is very comfortable. Each piece comes in a separate box and they may not all arrive at the same time but we only had to wait an extra day for the last piece.

Shipping was a disaster. Each piece was shipped separately over several weeks. By the time I got it all and was able to put it all together I realized how poor the quality is and now I am stuck with it. The cushion filling is lumpy and does not hold a good shape. The fabric covers do not fit well and seams pull. We have it in a room we don’t use much but if this sofa was used daily I doubt it would last a month. Do not purchase! ... show more
