This couch is amazing!! Putting it together is time consuming, but easy. The most difficult part was hammering the slats into place, because the plastic pieces snap. You have to hit them with the supplied mallet rather hard, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty quick. Just be careful of your knuckles while holding the mallet. I bruised a couple pretty good hammering next to the metal. It took a couple hours to put together. As you can see, the dog has already decided it's perfect. The cushions are very firm and glorious. The material is soft and cozy. It's Def a couch that will eat you! Sit down and suddenly you're lounging on your back. I love it! It's a little bigger than the measurements suggest on the longer side. We have a big and long living room, so wanted a longer couch than we had. This certainly filled it up. The thick arms are great. It feels well made and of good quality. I love the it's washable. It's only day one, so if that changes, I'll update. Shipping was surprisingly fast. I haven't had to use customer service yet, so no comment on that. All in all, for the price, this is a wonderful couch!

This couch is absolutely beautiful and incredibly soft and comfortable. It’s really big, which is perfect if you want something spacious and cozy for the living room. It looks great and feels even better — very “cloud-like” and relaxing. One important tip: pay for the installation/assembly service. The couch is large and comes in multiple pieces, and having it assembled for you will save a lot of time and effort. Overall, very happy with this purchase. It’s comfortable, looks great, and feels high quality.

The media could not be loaded. I’m in love with my couch!! Seller has good customer service as well. They send you tracking for each package since they come in several boxes. At first I was a little iffy since there was only one review and no pictures. I decided to give it a shot and I don’t regret it. It’s honestly beautiful and comfortable!! The price is worth it. It’s not too soft that you feel it won’t last and also not too firm that it’s uncomfortable, it’s just the right amount. My 3 kids fell asleep on it the first night. I was able to assemble it myself, it came with all the tools. Note: the part I circled, originally was suppose to be 4 seats but I didn’t measure so it was too big for my living room, but I was able to move the 4th seat to the other side.

The media could not be loaded. Listen, I love this freaking couch. I underestimated what it would be like. I have had this couch for about a week and I love it. Putting it together was pretty straight forward. BE AWARE ... if you do buy this it is a lot of pieces to put together but I promise it is worth it. It took me about an hour and a half to put together and I had help. It is BONE-IN, it comes with slats underneath the cushions. The cushions come vacuum sealed but give it a couple of hours to inflate. It says max 72 hrs but within 30 minutes it felt amazing. The following day it felt even better. Don't think about it buy it. My friends have already been taking naps on it. I found this same couch at a furniture store for 800 dollars more. I left right out the store, sat in my car, and ordered this one. I love it. Buy it.

The product arrived earlier than expected. I was able to assemble it by myself. The instructions are clear once you find them. They were in box 6 instead of box 1. The fabric is so soft and the cushions are comfortable. The addition of the 5 throw pillows come in handy for shorter people, as the couch is perfect for my height but too deep for my mom who is under 5 feet tall.

There were only a few reviews when I bought this but they were all 5 stars and I am going to another one. Fast delivery and very happy with the final product. As someone else stated the QR code for the assembly video did not work but the instructions were easy enough to follow. Not hard at all just time consuming! Feels very sturdy when finished. I was worried when I took the back cushions out because they looked extremely flat but I am amazed at how much they expanded and it has only been 48 of the recommended 72 hours. The fabric is really soft. The dark grey has almost a bluish tint to it but I really like it.

My husband and I spent 6 hours installing this couch today! Several pieces broke during installation in addition several of the cushions came with holes. We completed the assembly and now waiting for the cushions to continue inflating but I’m very concerned that the cushion covers are very thin and poor quality. If it’s new out of the box with holes I wonder how long this will truly last. I would not recommend to people with kids or pets, I don’t think it could maintain itself with any sort of rough housing or the continuous movement of children. I think this couch is best suited for young adults. It’s very comfortable and looks nice but extremely POOR QUALITY.
