This is a very beautiful product, I was a bit skeptical buying online at first however after researching pictures and reviews of previous customers I made the purchase.. The sofa came in 2 deliveries, I was aware as part of it was in back order but I didn't mind the two separate deliveries. Material: The linen material gives such a fancy touch, soft and the color is beautiful! Cushions: The cushions are a mix of a piece of foam surrounded by a very thick feather comforter, it's very comfortable definitely cloud sensation! I might sleep even better in the sofa than my own bed! Size: The sofa is pretty big, I love the size of each piece, larger than usually sofa, it makes it kinda unique. I highly recommend to measure your space so you pick the right combinaison. I also love how you can buy pieces separately and combine the sectional pieces too, I personally bought L shape + 1 ottaman. Sleeping needs: I didn't want to get a regular sofa-bed however I was amazingly surprised with the shape I got I can easily accommodate a person to sleep on each side/corner.. its almost like two twin size beds and like I mentioned earlier very comfy! Assembly: The easiest assembly I ever deal with, its very logical, same for the covers, very fast assembly. Cleaning: I already cleaned cushions and covers. The covers I put in the washer and let them dry out, easy care. I spilled something on the cushion so I also had to clean the entire cushion too. I removed the linen cover first, then unzipped the cushion covers to remove the yellow foam square in the middle. I soaked the "comforter cushion" in my bathtub and then let it dry out. honestly I was amazed how easy I can clean this and this is wonderful because I have a pet and I'm very clumsy too! This might be a long review but so far the couch is amazing. We got the four modular pieces with the ottoman. The ottoman is huge with plenty of storage. Delivery was kinda mid. We live in a second floor apartment and it was delivered to the first floor so my husband had to bring it up. Assembly was very straight forward and not hard at all. I loved that they provided a video for each modular. The whole couch consists of covers with tight Velcro. Loved that the whole couch consists of covers making it easy to clean or wash when the time comes. So far the sturdiness of the couch is good. It came with hooks to keep the modular together but after honestly after laying and moving around the Modular’s did not move. I sat in between two Modular’s and it did not budge. The fabric of the couch was not uncomfortable and I didn’t not feel anything poking at me as I read in other reviews. The fabric also seems very easy to clean in case something gets spilled. My husband is 6’1 for reference and has plenty of space. That’s an idea of how big these couches really are. While setting up they looked like they would be small but once you add the cushions it truly does make a difference. The cushions are super comfortable I could sleep in it all day. It’s the perfect, affordable, nice looking cloud couch dupe. The weight of the Modular’s is not heavy at all. My husband and I can easily maneuver them. The little feet of the couch come with a soft part to put on top so that it doesn’t scratch the floor. Overall, I will update in a few months to see how the couch does after being used a lot. As of now the cushions seem to hold their comfort and fluff back up on their own after sitting down. PURCHASE THIS COUCH BECAUSE $1600 plus $200 delivery fee I feel is worth it.

I purchased this couch almost a year ago and wanted to come back and review for others who are considering on buying. The picture included is how it looks after one year in a home with no pets or kids and the occasional house guest/pet guests :) Pros: -has kept its shape really well -no feathers poking me as others have noted -the storage ottoman is amazing for small spaces -easy to assemble and I like how it came with video tutorial -sectional pieces stay together even without the hooks included -easy to clean. I’ve had accidental spills from food and beverages, etc and it comes off easily. Cons: -came in 3 separate shipments and arrived on different days. If you live in a high rise apartment like I do, it will be left in your mailroom and you’ll have to figure a way to bring it up yourself. Wish they offered white glove service or something! -cushions aren’t super thick. There are definitely other couches on the market that are more comfortable but you get what you pay for! -had a weird barnyard smell for like a month but the smell has since dissipated -material isn’t super soft. I would compare it to a textured rug Overall I’m happy with my purchase! It fits my lifestyle well as someone with no kids and occasional guest/pet visits. It’s held up really well, is comfortable enough to nap on, and sits 4-5 adults.

I love it! It was a bit high in cost, but owning it for almost 6 months, it is easy to clean with removable covers. I’d say medium softness on the feel of the fabric, and goo support on the cushions, not firm or overly fluffy. It’s a huge piece of furniture, it was fairly easy to assemble, I did have a handyman do that. It was one I had to pay for delivery, overall it was a splurge, but worth it!

Do NOT buy this couch! It is cute but so uncomfortable. It feels like you’re sitting on a plank of wood with a thin cushion on it. The return process has been a nightmare. It has been a week and we still don’t have a prepaid return label. They said they would grant us a prepaid return label of $320 to ship the couch back that would deduct from our return. They also don’t offer pickup, so you have to try to stuff everything back in the boxes. We then took it to ups with the label and it was going to cost us $247 for EACH box, (there were 5). Luckily Amazon has been amazing in helping us sort this out and get a full refund because this is just ridiculous. This has been an absolute nightmare and I could not recommend this less.

I think this might be the first review I’ve left for a product, but it is well deserved. I ordered the three piece plus the ottoman, and they came in four large boxes. One of the boxes was punctured, which I found later on that it actually went through the sofa. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it is the right under where the cushion is placed. I contacted the seller immediately to see what my options were. They offered either a partial refund for the piece, in addition to a replacement. Alternatively, I could select a refund for the full amount of the piece and keep the damaged piece. I opted for the second one, since I had gotten way ahead of myself and assembled the sofa already. As for the assembly part, it was not easy. I did do it alone, which contributed to the difficulty of putting it together. That being said, it is doable! The cushions are stuffed inside each of the modular sections, and I found that taking the cushions out were the hardest part. They were really crammed in there. Overall, I am sooo happy with how the couch turned out. It looks absolutely beautiful and is super comfortable to sit on. Great quality for the price! The customer service I received was just the cherry on top. Highly recommend!

My husband and I love this couch. I was nervous about ordering a couch from Amazon but this met all of our expectations. Another concern of mine was having a white couch. We do not have any kids or dogs but a white couch is still a bit of a gamble. However, the material is very easy to clean. We’ve had chocolate cake and cat vomit incidents— again, very easy to clean right back to bright white. It was relatively easy to put together after we figured everything out. I would definitely say you need two people to do so. Turning it into a bed and making a little nest for movie watching is one of our new fav weekend activities. The couch is very comfy and has been approved by all ages in the family!

I’ve had this couch a year now and I honestly wouldn’t recommend it to nobody. The pillows have went flat. I’ve had to stuff the pillows twice since I’ve had it and it’s still flat. The feathers are coming out like your drinking water. Plus the hurt feels like I’m constantly being stabbed but little mini knives. The latch pieces don’t work oddly.
