Pretty low quality. The rubber handle is way off center and you can't move it over because it is sealed on the handle. The welding at the top of the attachment looks like it was done by someone who was just learning how to weld. Lots of rough spots, will have to sand it..This one should have been placed in the reject bin.

One of the handles seems fine, but the other does not rotate. I would attribute this to loose tolerances The welds are a little crappy, but I feel like they are fine for everything I'm doing.
