Very sturdy

I use these thigh straps a little "off label", I don't use them on a cable machine, I use them as leg lifters. I live with multiple sclerosis and as a result of the MS my legs have weakened considerably, and I am no longer able to lift my legs, such as into or out of bed, up and down a short stairway I need to navigate, in and out of the car, and even in and out of my wheelchair. I attach a 12 inch velcro strap between the D-rings to use as a handle, and they work wonderfully for lifting my legs in all those mentioned situations. They are so useful in fact that I leave them on my leg all day for lifting and repositioning my legs. Unfotunately after a only a few weeks of use I find that the "gripper" side of the velcro on the first 2 sets I purchased is wearing out very quickly, to the point that they will soon be useless. After seeing how well they worked for me when I got the first 2 pairs I ordered several more, but it appears I need to keep looking for something better.

I bought these for cable hip abductor moves, and I must say- game changer! I workout at a small apartment gym with minimal gym equipment. One thing I missed however from working out at the commercial gym I used to go to was the abductor machine, and these fix that! Resistance bands, and plated leg raises don’t do the trick quite like these. They stay in place, they are comfortable and I really feel it deep in my abductors right where I want the work! Can also be used for cable step out squats which I find much more comfortable and targets my leg and glute muscles where I want it to better than ankle straps. Must add to any fitness buff’s arsenal!

Used on ankles and knees. I use paracord through the metal ring hole because the metal D rings bend.i tried keyring but the weight was too much.

If you've got pixie thighs, these will fit. I have hockey goalie thighs - these did not fit. They're now perfect straps for hanging my skates.

These are very comfortable when used for straps on larger bodied persons. I would definitely recommend this for others to use if they needed straps for large wrist/ankles that need to be strapped down. It has a very nice padding on the inside and sturdy velcro.

I used these for standing quadricep leg extensions. They worked fine for a year or so and then the Velcro lost it's ability to hold the weight.
