We are using it indoors, creating a simple frame with 2x4s that will go into the studs. Our kids are constantly climbing on our furniture, so we are creating DIY ways to help them out lol. Good quality net. Ordered the 72x72. Made the frame to fit 72H. This width was already locked in at 63”. However when it came, the net measured 68”x68. Could not stretch it to 72. So plan B was to add 2 2x4 boards on the bottom. This way, if it does stretch we can take out a board. The side we haven’t figured out yet, but 3 sides are tight and are holding the 4th side in place as the end fasteners but the side panel.

We were genuinely impressed by the quality of this climbing net. The rope is thick, sturdy, and feels much more like something you'd find on a commercial playground than a typical backyard toy. The color is also great. The dark teal looks modern and fun without being overly bright, and all of the black connectors and hardware feel extremely durable. This is one of those products that immediately gives you confidence that it's built to handle years of use and exposure to the elements. My one disappointment—and this is really more about my expectations than the product itself—was that it doesn't come with a frame or much guidance on what type of frame to build or buy. To be fair, the listing is pretty clear that you're purchasing the net only. I just hadn't fully thought through that part before it arrived. For now, we've temporarily hung it up in our garage, and the kids have already enjoyed climbing on and playing around with it. One unexpected bonus is that it can be used even before it's permanently installed. We've laid it flat and used it as part of obstacle courses and active play games, almost like a giant rope version of hopscotch. The build quality is what really stands out here. Everything feels exceptionally strong and well made, and I can easily see it surviving years of climbing, pulling, and rough play from active kids. My boys are at the age where they want to climb absolutely everything, so I'm excited to get this mounted on a proper frame. I think it's going to be one of those backyard additions that gets used for many years. If you're willing to supply your own frame or mounting structure, this is a fantastic climbing net.

This net is ROBUST and built to handle multiple kids or even adults. The promised 1000 lbs is no joke judging by the frequent anchor points (2 screws each) and larger included hardware. The plastic is thick and chunky, both the points that tie the perpendicular ropes together, and the plastic anchors holding the rope to whatever structure you build for it. The rope comes up short enough in both directions to necessitate modifications to your frame if you were anticipating exact dimensions. I can understand how this could happen in manufacturing considering it's rope, but if building your structure first then this can definitely lead to some frustrations and re-work. Thankfully I measured first... and we were pulling on opposite directions hard, there was no stretch to make it longer. A giant rope like this is super fun for the kids, giving them a huge at home surface area to climb on a net. I'll report back on longevity, but mine is located indoors without UV exposure, so judging by how robust the build is I don't think we'll see much wear and tear for years. The hardware is excellent, the rope and plastic points are built to last, the only negative here is the length difference so be sure to measure first. Otherwise, recommended!

We used this 48" x 96" cargo climbing net in my 5-year-old’s indoor climbing room, and he absolutely loves it. It has been a great addition for active play and gives him a fun way to climb, move, and burn energy. The rope feels very strong and durable. I like that it is made with thick 0.6" polyethylene rope and has a high 1000 lb weight capacity, so it feels sturdy and built to last. The knotless design is also a nice feature because it is smoother on little hands while still giving enough grip for climbing. Installation was straightforward with the built-in mounting bases and included hardware. Once attached to the frame, it felt secure and did not shift around. The size is great for a playroom climbing wall or obstacle course setup, especially if you have the correct 48" x 96" frame. Overall, this is a strong, well made climbing net. My son uses it constantly, and it has been perfect for our indoor climbing space.
