The kids (and grown ups) love this hammock swing. It's really sturdy and holds a ton of weight. I don't worry about that as my husband can fit on it no issues. This has been a blast for our family. The kids have spent countless hours on it. We’ve put almost 300lbs of weight on it with no issues! Feels very sturdy (and it will hurt if the metal rod hits you). Put together easily just have to have the right spot to put it! So far has been worth the money
