Description

The Free N' Swing Set is part of the Galvanized Steel Frame Line up from XDP Recreation. Galvanized Steel for Strength, Safety and Durability. Galvanized is a Protective layer of Zinc on the Steel Tube that requires no maintenance, rust free, for many years. The Free N' Swing - Swing Set is a 5 station, 4 leg frame swing set that accommodates up to 7 kids. It includes 1ea-Swing, 1ea- Stand-R-Swing, 1ea-Super Disc Swing, 1ea-See-Saw, and 1ea-5' Wave Slide. Also included are Foam Frame Leg Pads for Safety. The frame legs are 2” diameter x 20-gauge wall thickness, top bar is 2” diameter x 20-gauge thickness. Our Adjustable Height Chains have Safe-Touch PVC Chain Covers on the Blow Molded Swing Seats for no pinch.The Swing seat accommodates one rider, the See-Saw two riders, the Super Disc Swing seats two riders and the Stand-R-Swing allows one rider to sit and swing or stand swing. The Wave Slide has handrails and a ‘safe landing’ for safe-stop entrance to ground. One user at a time is recommended on the Wave Slide. Galvanized Grey Frame Color, Blue seats, a blue See-Saw, a Blue Super Disc, a Blue Wave Slide and blue foam frame leg padding. Up to 7 Kids can play on the Free N' Swing - Swing Set at once with a 100lbs per seat/play maximum. Designed and engineered for Parents ‘safe and fun’ thoughts for their Kids. XDP's Galvanized steel frames have welded (no bolts) corner brackets for superior stability and ease of assembly. All seats, riders and handles are made of a durable blow molded polyethylene (HDPE) material. A quality well made swing set and value for the money. The many nuts bolts washers and plastic caps are cleverly placed in separate bubble packs letter numbered for each individual item to be assembled! This swing set took about 7 hours to assemble by myself stopping for occasional breaks. I recommend following each step by laying out the nuts, bolts washers and hardware only for each step only! Double checking the drawings for location of bolt holes for proper alignment. Also not to tighten up until your sure everything fits correctly or you will end up having to loosen bolts to fit and align your next step correctly! ... show more

    • Must put swing on grass - not concrete.
My grandkids are 2, 3, 4 and 7 and we’ve all had so much fun on this swing set! Even I have fun going down the slide and I weigh 175 pounds! No - this set is NOT for adults so don’t expect to get on the swings - but it’s PERFECT for the kids! You have to buy a separate “ground anchor” set ($13.00) to ensure sturdiness. All is well worth the price for so many hours of fun. I love it! The teeter totter is too low to the ground so unless they are 2 and 3 - don’t expect much out of that. NOTE: take the time to fasten the first two beams SECURELY - meaning tightening EACH screw a LITTLE at a time - going back and forth on each screw to ensure the tightest fit possible! These two first beams are the BACKBONE of your frame. To have it loose because you are rushing is to have a WEAK frame. Do the same for EACH step and your set will be VERY sturdy. No matter what - you’ll STILL need to check the screws for looseness every use. It’s not the strongest set you could get - but for the money spent - you will get at LEAST 5 years of fun! I cover mine with a large tarp when not in use. It preserves it against the elements. Then I discovered the tarp keeps the grass from growing underneath and the dirt will be quite messy so I removed the tarp - let the grass grow back - and 3 years later I now have a one year old enjoying this set which has weathered even a hurricane and the kids ALL continue to enjoy it! ... show more

My nieces love the swing set but issues: Bolts for the slide came of seems not long enough and over time come off so waiting for replacement. No anchors come with the swing set and nothing stating additional cost other swingset have come with anchor big safety issue

Hard to put together! Takes a lot of time and patience! Make sure your marriage is right before starting 😂 but my kids (6,3,and1) love it and it seems very durable!
