Heavy Duty Premium Clear Poly Tarp with Reinforced Grommets Located on All Four Corners and Grommets Located All Around the Perimeter of the Tarp. The clear tarp is waterproof with strong, tear resistant. The clear tarp features aluminum grommets every 18 inches with plastic reinforced corners and sides with rope reinforced edges. The 3 Ply material is resistant to tears and features arctic flexibility. Translucent and semi transparent-not crystal clear transparency but great for light sources.

Not exactly the size we ordered, We kind of looked at it this way... so we asked for 7 ft and rolled a 6 ft.6 in. then lost about 6 inch off the 40 ft, receiving a 39 ft .6 inch.. with that said we had ordered the 7 x 40 , but close enough for our needs .. it would take to long to send back then an additional 3-4 days for the tarp to be sent back to us..The quality of theses are excellent. We have 3 smaller ones of this type wrapped around our 20 ft dog kennel. We have a coop along with 8 hens inside the kennel.. these smaller tarps have held up for three and half years with only one sliver dollar hole that some field mouse ate, they'll eat anything. We have a regular tarp on top, we have replaced that twice, weather is harsh on regular tarps. For the money theses are well made tarps and Are of excellent value .. We will buy again ... show more

Purchased in June, installed in July 2025, already -about 9 months later, April 2026- I find my boxes are soaked with old rain water, and there are holes in the tarp. If there is one thing that a tarp is supposed to do, it's to shed rain water. I expected this to last 2-3 years; I thought I would have to patch some tears or abraded areas maybe, from wind damage, but instead the tarp film has dissolved in a matter of months, leaving holes through the reinforcement webbing. It apparently has been leaking for some time; lots of rain water all over inside where it was supposed to be dry. Patching this is not an option since obviously the failure of the rest of it is only going to be a matter of time. I will have to entirely remove this and replace it with something else. This is set up between the house and the fence, on the North side of the house. There are trees and the neighbor's house shading this area in the afternoon, and my house shades it in the morning; so it only gets a few hours of direct sun. This is in San Jose' California, not especially extreme weather. The reinforcement webbing is about 18 mils (not to be confused with millimeters. 1 mil = 1/1,000 of an inch = 0.001) but the actual tarp membrane is not even 6 mils thick. Thin and flimsy. I have sent a message to the vendor, and I got no reply except a notice that says: "Your customer service inquiry with RVTravelMats has been closed." ... show more
