Cheap chair with missing piece
Color: Black_wheels
Size: 4pack
A cheap chair that arrived with a key piece missing. Chair is not usable, and I can't get the part it needs. I was told I could find the parts and send the invoice. That's not great customer service!! The seller offered a different chair as a replacement but what good is one odd chair in the set? I was told 2 days for a tracking number and it's been 3 weeks. Be careful of your purchases!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Returning Immediately
Color: Black_wheels
Size: 8pack
Chairs were easy to assemble, but once assembled they leaned to the left and some had legs that didn't touch the ground. Will be returning and ordering better chairs.

Too Small
Color: Black_wheels
Size: 8pack
Chairs were far too small, and I'm a petite woman. I ordered 8 as conference chairs, but trying to return them was a nightmare! I bought 8 chairs, 2 in each box, 4 boxes total. They sent a label for 1 box and I have tried for 2 weeks to get 3 more labels from the Seller. They're response was only how they could fix the problem, and I keep the chairs. Too small was not a problem that could be fixed. Waiting for a full refund from Amazon in three days. Seller is useless!
