The chairs were easy to put together and seem to be very sturdy. I was impressed that everything was wrapped making sure that there were no scratches when we got it. The chairs are moderately comfortable. I am using them for my kitchen chairs. After 30 years I have to replace the old wooden chairs that I could no longer fix. These are industrial strength and I expect them to last. I am buying a 2nd pair of chairs. :) ... show more

Ordered a chair; husband put it together and when adding the cushioned back, realized it had a long split that went halfway up the seam. I cannot fix it, so I sent an email to the address listed in the warranty asking for a new back cushion, and it came back undeliverable. Went online and got another email; it also came back undeliverable! Finally found seller information was able to send an email through Amazon. They offered me a $15 credit. I do not want a damaged chair. So now my only options are to take it apart and return it or trash it. If not defective, this would be a nice chair. Lesson: If you buy anything from CLATINA, check all the components before you put it together, because you cannot count on customer service if there is damage. Do NOT recommend. ... show more
