My son says it helps him sleep a lot better and it is super comfy. It is the first spot he goes to as soon as he gets home from school! The best sleep ive had in a minute. It was easy to set up to. I did give it a couple of hrs till I layed down but overall 1 of the best beds I have slept on in a minute. No nexk or back pain. Its a true medium firm to. Not to hard not to soft.
