I was a little hesitant about this purchase - buying any furniture on-line is something I’m not usually that psyched about, but it was also the low price. I just couldn’t see this being that well-made for how cheap it is! I am so glad I got this frame! It came quickly - free shipping, an added bonus! What was interesting is this giant box that was basically the size and width of the headboard showed up... I panicked thinking I obviously mis-read something and only ordered a headboard, but all of the parts were cleverly stored inside the headboard. It zips open in the back, and the whole frame, feet, side rails etc were tucked inside. I consider myself very “handy” - my husband took one look at all the parts and said he had to go mow the lawn. There are definitely a lot. But everything you need is included. Where we had just moved into a new house it was easy for me to lay it all out in an empty bedroom and get it together, but you will want some space to lay everything out to see it easier. It took me just under an hour to assemble and put our mattress on top. The frame is super stable, doesn’t wiggle or move at all when you get in and out of bed, or our 80lb dog jumps up on the mattress. I am really impressed with how tightly everything fits together, it seems well-designed and sturdy. It’s also very attractive - I love the brushed heather gray color. It can match with just about any linens etc I want to use. I have a solid-wood frame in our guest bedroom that was mine from before we were married that was roughly $1200... and is not nearly as stable as this bed. Granted it’s 15 years old, but for a fraction of the price this looks much nicer and I love that we don’t have to buy a box spring. If anything changes I’ll ceftainly update this review but we are very happy with it so far.

I am super happy with the bed! It is very sturdy, functional and stylish. Some highlights & info: • The frame sits high enough off the ground to provided plenty of room under the bed, to put under bed storage boxes. • Assembly was very easy. There were 2 of us putting it together and it took us about 45 min to assemble (55min including unboxing time). There were 2 allen wrenches (4mm & 5mm), included. We actually used 2 of our own, as well, so we wouldn't have to share (which made the process much quicker). All hardware was included and the assembly was much easier than I had anticipated it would be. Instructions are pictures, not words; but it was so simple... words weren't needed. The slats are attached together with a long velcro strips, which made keeping them in place super easy (such a simple, but very functional idea). • The design is very sturdy. Even when my son jumped onto the bed, there was no swaying, loose or rickety feeling. • The headboard, siderails and footboard are exactly as pictured. I'm really happy with how stylish it is. The product, especially for the price, is great! • The only downside I can find is that I have hit my toes on the side middle support a couple times. It is square, which makes for a painful moment (and maybe a few swear words, lol). I think, if the support were rounded it might be better and kinder on my pinky toe until I figure out I should quit kicking it. 😆 All in all ... I'm really pleased with the purchase. I highly recommend!

**September 2021 Update** Center support part failed (hardware fell through the wood) and is no longer connected to the rails. I called customer service # listed on Amazon and talked to Gail who was extremely helpful. She is submitting an order for replacement. **August 2021 update** I purchased this bed in November 2020, as you can see from my review below, I really enjoy the bed. Recently one of the bed legs has come undone and is not able to be screwed back on. I contacted customer service on July 29th regarding a replacement leg considering this bed is less than 1 year old and have yet to hear back. The leg is critical to the structure of the bed as it's located in the middle of the bed and is what helps support the slabs underneath. Photos and proof of purchase/order number were all sent to the company to make it easier to obtain a replacement leg. Will update review on customer service if I hear back. *November 2020* Package came very well packed, no broken or missing pieces. I assembled this myself, and the bolts on headboard were the only things that gave me some trouble. Very sturdy, good looking bed. There is some space for storage underneath that could fit smaller plastic storage bins.

Long story short: the box is heavy. You'll need a second person to move it or to open the box, unzip the headboard and take everything out piece by piece to make the task more manageable, unless you're able to lift nearly 100 pounds with ease. Everything included: headboard, 4 legs that screw/twist on (2 for the headboard, 2 for the foot board), 4 side pieces (two for left and 2 for the right side respectively), footboard, two stabilizers/legs for the midde (of the left and right side), cross pieces, two allen wrenches (one big, one small), five screws, velcroed slats, instructions I'm not a great builder (ask my sister; I offered to build her old daybed and completed the task upside down, only to have to undo the whole thing and call my roommate to do it.) Nor am I good with long detailed instructions, however I was boggled when I saw how simple the instructions that were included were. I thought: this can't be it. (It was, and it was all I needed) All the pieces of the bed come with the screws already attached and all you have to do is loosen it with one of the two included allen wrenches, hook the pieces over the screws (the hooks should be facing down with the velcro lining on top) and tighten them. All together it took me about 2 hours to assemble but after an hour it was clear where everything went (it probably would have been faster with two people but I did it by myself.) The crosshatch pieces are the only ones that didn't come with the screws already in but the five needed screws are included in the plastic bundle with the allen wrenches. After assembling I rolled the slats on and it's really cool how there's velcro on both the slats and the bed frame sides where the slats sit so there's NO CHANCE OF YOUR BED MOVING! And that's just awesome! Especially because I have a memory foam bed that would otherwise slip and slide or fall between any moving slats. A box spring is definitely not necessary and my mattress being 12" already made the bed pretty high profile (any higher and I'd be sitting at or above my window.) *So in summary: this is the easiest to put together bed I've ever encountered, and if I can do it, I guarantee you can. The whole thing is of really high quality; the headboard alone made two of my roommates jealous.

Before You Read: If this helps anyone out there I am 245 lbs and I am a lady and I typically sleep alone. Hopefully that helps anyone who is concerned about weight limits and such. I actually really like this bed frame and I am pleasantly surprised! I saw some reviews about the headboard being short and I was a little weary. But after it's all together I actually love the way it looks and honestly I prefer the head board the way it is. If you are purchasing a mattress as well, I paired it with a 12" Zinus memory foam mattress. As you can see in the photos the mattress covers almost half the head board but I really don't mind. (For some reason I can't post my photos.) The frame seems nice and sturdy so far. Seems to stay in place if I toss, turn, or make sudden movements. Overall, I like the look of the bed and it seems sturdy so far. Now for the assembly, it was pretty straight forward and simple. They provided me with one sheet of instructions with detailed pictures and descriptions of what to do and how to do it. I still had my dad help me, but I'm pretty sure I could've done it on my own as well. All the products arrived in perfect condition. Nothing was broken, scratched, torn, or frayed. Pretty much everything is self-explanatory and easy to identify. You will definetly more than one person to carry it to your room, but you can definetly build it yourself. They give you tools to build it along with the necessary screws and they give you extra screws just in case. Good product so far and will update as time goes on.

Do not buy this product. I waited a while to make this review because I was hoping customer support would get back to me but they seem non-existent. So here is my honest review. Please read it all as it’s really important before you decide to but this product. This product was very nice when I received it. I read a lot of the reviews that talked about how easy it was to assemble and how nice it looked so I brought. Those reviews were right. It was very easy to assemble and it was a very beautiful bed frame. After about a month I started noticing little bugs coming out of it. I thought nothing of it and brought some stuff to kill them with. After a few months the bugs just got worse and worse. After a little bit I came back to the reviews only to find the ones talking about bed bugs. After doing some of my own research that’s exactly what was coming out of my bed frame. The bugs were so deep in the frame that it felt almost impossible to kill them all. I actually had to get another bed and bed frame. Because it was too bad for me to sleep on. I’ve attached a video to show a little bit of what it looked like the day I disassembled it. I tried to get in contact with customer support but when I sent in the photos like they requested me to do there was no response. To anyone who is trying to decide whether or not to get this… don’t it you’ll only bring a huge infestation of bed bugs into your house like I did.

This product was VERY good purchase. I bought the dark grey king sized. Because of a few reviews I scanned the entire bed and each piece for bed bugs, even the box. There were NONE. the condition was very good. Box is extremely heavy so will definitely need at least one more person to move it in from outside. Assembly was super shot super simple. I did most of it alone, just needed a hand with the frame connecting to the headboard. Super sturdy. My husband and I alone are about 500lbs total, even sturdy for “adult time”. Honestly shocked at how quick it came and thanks to the delivery driver, I know it was a hell of a task lifting this thing lol. The bed is about 6 inch off the ground, that may sound very low but our mattress is thick so it was actually perfect. Slats seem super sturdy , which is important especially for a larger bed. Overall extremely satisfied. Only issue was the side panels connecting to the headboard, you may have to unscrew them a little before latching it on. The holes to the slats didn’t match up perfectly for the E/F step but it still got in there with no problem. Buy it! I hesitated for a while but glad I got it.
