The instructions for this bed frame have no words and very small pictures. The pieces that arrived were labeled differently than they were in the instructions, so you have to use the pictures to identify the correct piece. Pieces were also pictured as already connected/attached, but we’re not actually like that and needed to be screwed together. The instructions also listed the incorrect number of pieces for the frame crossbars. It lists one in the instructions, but you actually get and need two.

I needed a basic queen platform bed with upholstered headboard and this one is perfect. I was expecting to get ikea'd because it was so cheap but literally took me less than an hour by myself and had only a few pieces to screw together. Had one setback where the side panels didn't line up but I just loosened all the screws and it came together. The slats roll out and attach to velcro it's genius. I'm used to slats that need to be individually placed. The headboard is a bit shorter than I expected but it will do. Nice charcoal gray color.

Solid bed but the parts were completely labeled wrong and instructions were no use what so ever. Other than spending countless extra hours trying to figure out how to build it, pretty good bed.

I'm not one to typically write a review. This product was well packaged. Everything was neatly and smartly stored within the headboard. Very little wasted space and easy to unpack. The installation instructions leave a little to be desired as they show pieces that don't exist. However through trial and error I was able to assemble successfully. The frame is well designed and very sturdy. Overall a great product for the price.

I got this bed on a flash sale for a third of the price. Quality is great so far 4 months in, easy to set up (delivery box heavier than you would think though), but beware of color selection. If I didn’t get it so cheap I’d probably return it bc the beige color I ordered is not at all how it’s pictured, I think the pic they use for beige is meant for the linen color… as the beige that came in is much more old lady beige/orange-light brown than light sand colored as shown. Couldn’t beat the price I got it for though, so it is what it is.

First off, this is a spare bed in my room/workout area. I was impressed at this items packaging. It was very efficiently packed. There was only 14 pieces to put together and 5 screws. I did receive the wrong directions but I didn’t think it was a big deal. I’ve been putting things together out of boxes for about 20 years now. All the parts were pretty similar to the ones in the instructions. The unboxing, laying parts out, building, and clean up took me a bit over an hr. It looks like it’s going to be a sturdy set. The rails are all metal with wooden slats. The slats are held together with a belt like strip of fabric then they Velcro on to the frame (creative). The only reason I gave this a 4 star was because of the wrong instructions. Someone with no experience might have a hard time building this. In conclusion, I think it is a stylish piece of furniture and would recommend it.

The bed looks great on the surface, but the details make it appear cheaper. The legs are plastic and the side pieces are two short pieces bolted together. It is easy to move and reassemble with all the pieces fitting into the headboard in a zipper. My major complaint is that the bed frame is noisy and squeaks terribly. The wood slats and the way the bed is bolted together means that it will be very loud. It squeaks some just moving around on it. And it definitely squeaks if you're doing anything more vigorous.

We got the queen size, it was pretty heavy. We discovered all the pieces were zipped inside the back of the headboard, removing everything helped the weight. A couple of pieces were labeled wrong but was easy to figure out by the diagrams. The setup for a Queen Vs. a King was a little confusing. My only complaint really was there is a white spot on the top of the headboard that looked like it just missed the dye or something. My daughter absolutely loved the look and it being lower to the ground. Not bad for the price.

The 2 piece side rail construction is a weak design and the 2 rows of center legs are too skinny so normal tossing and turning on the bed makes them come loose and fold over. Every couple months you have to go through and retighten all the screws to try and gain some of the rigidity back.. Not impressed with this bed frame at all. I have had it for 2 years and I Just ordered a different frame. I will be glad to take this one apart and repurpose some of the decent wood for some DIY projects.

My fiancé and I ordered the king size in beige. On our move in day we had several family and friends to come and help us move. Many of which offered to put together furniture. So I didn’t notice this until after we were settled for a day or two, but the color of the bed is not like the pictures AT ALL! It’s more of a tan and it looks more like the linen bed coloring. I’m unsure if we were sent the wrong bed or if the pictures are off. Now we’re at the point that it can’t be sent back because the boxes have all been destroyed, but it’s not what we wanted at all. Kind of disappointing to be honest….just be cautious when ordering! Four stars over all…we love it aside from it not matching anything.
