This comes ready to use. Just unfold. It feels sturdy and it's comfortable. It seems well made and designed. Some things like the side, arm supports are not strongest design (small steel binder clips made for documents work well to keep them from sliding out). Overall, this is an excellent value.

The bed is very easy to set up. I like that it can be folded for storage. It is very stable and very comfortable. There is plenty of room for an average size person. I would buy it again.

Bed is awesome. Color is bright and perfect. Carrying bag is big and nice to hold other things as well with bed. Only complaint is one of the silica bags exploded in transit and when I opened the box tiny silica beads went all over my apartment.

I used this table for recovery from eye surgery where I had to position face down for 7 days. It was a cheaper option to renting standard medical face down equipment. I was impressed with how sturdy it was and easy to set up. It was comfortable, even more so when I added a travel pillow to the head rest. I can't speak to the durability with long term usage as I only used it for a week, but it certainly seems well made.
