  • Say, that's a nice bike!
Color: Black Style: 36v-peak 750w
It's a good idea to read the reviews before you begin putting together this bike. I say this because the assembly instructions given in the booklet and video are not quite accurate. Thank goodness for the reviews. My front tire didn't come with a quick release feature, like the one in the booklet and video. I was about to contact the seller to exchange it when I noticed a reviewer mentioned he didn't get the right tire either. But it still fits. So I went ahead and successfully installed it, after fiddling with the nuts and bolts a bit. Also, some parts of the bike have already been pre-assembled so you may skip some parts of the instructions. And finally remember when you install the pedals to turn the nut to the right (clockwise) for the right pedal and to the left (counterclockwise) for the left pedal to tighten them. The video tried to explain this but the arrows were going the wrong way. A few additional observations. My box arrived pretty beat up and the parts inside were all jumbled up, not neatly packed like in the video. Some packing materials were even missing. But fortunately the bike parts were not damaged. The bike is heavy, heavier than my mountain bike, even without the battery. This is important to me because there will be times when I'll need to carry it up the steps. But the weight does give it a more solid, premium feel. My first day of riding went fairly smoothly, except for one thing. This is my first electric bike so I have nothing to compare it to but the power feels strong. I kept it to the first level and it's pretty strong. I can't imagine ever needing to go higher. On a level surface it goes pretty fast and the speed seems to be only limited by the setting. But going up hill is where this really shines. I live on top of a hill and always dreaded biking my way back home. This bike made it a breeze, even at the first setting. Pedaling with the pedal assist going uphill felt like pedaling on a level surface. This is the reason I got this bike. The one hiccup I had was the chain popped out and got stuck between the teeth and the frame. But I did manage to unstuck the chain and put it back on the teeth. I've only rode it for about a mile but so far so good. Fingers crossed that this will continue. Also just to help keep expectations realistic, assembly took me about an hour or so, not 20 minutes like it took for some reviewers. ... show more

  • It’s powerful
Color: White Style: 36v-peak 750w
I got this because I moved out for school and there’s a small commute to school but many hills for someone out of shape like my self. So I was really just hoping for a bike that would just give me a little help up the hill. This thing is crazy, honestly I just think my expectations were super low, but when I start peddling it feels like I’m behind shoved forward. So far the battery seems fine, this is literally after riding it for 15 mins, I plan to just charge it every day after class but it looks like it would last a long time. ... show more

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE | BUYER BEWARE!
Color: Black Style: 36v-peak 750w
Terrible customer service! Questionable electrical build quality. I have an ongoing issue where the bikes electrical wiring became severed from the mounted headlight and the internal components. No misuse, no wrecks, nothing, bike even still looks brand new. The wire connecting the power to the headlight is very very small that comes from the internal area of the bike and you could see that it was never properly wired together using any sort of standard electrical procedures. I sent pictures and reacted out to the company at the beginning of this month, and now 20 days later I've only received one response and no help whatsoever! This company is blatantly ignoring me and if this component is experiencing such issues, I can only imagine what the battery wiring may devolve into. Luckily I bought the extra warranty, which I should not have to use until the stated 1 year manufacturer warranty runs out. However, this company does NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WARRANTY, AND WON'T PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU HAVE ISSUES. This bike is less than 6 months old! Look elsewhere, until they show that they can also provide support for their questionably built bike! ... show more

  • Wonderful E-Bike!
Color: Black Style: 36v-peak 750w
Loving this Qlife E-Bike so far! Shipping was efficient and the contents arrived well protected. The assembly process was a piece of cake, more on that in a bit. After assembly, I noted that the tires only had about 15lbs in them and the battery was about 2/3 full. I pumped up the tires and took it for a ride around the block, which has a fairly steep slope. WOW! Going up the first hill felt like I might as well have been on flat ground! It was wonderful in peddle assist. I went ahead and stopped peddling and tried out the trigger for full electric mode. Acceleration was smooth and I was up to full speed in no time! There was another feature that I didn't remember seeing when I made the purchase, and that is the cruise control function. Hold the throttle trigger down full for about five seconds and it takes you to full speed and holds it, until you hit the brakes. Awesome! The bike looks good, the seven-speed shifter works smoothly and from what I can tell, the motor and battery are flawless! Ok, assembly... Like I said before, I didn't have any troubles at all. The video on the product, and the instruction booklet do a good job of walking you through it. After I unboxed everything, the first thing I noticed was the amount of padding and zip ties used to keep everything secure and protected! A pair of snippers comes in handy for removing this. Unlike the video and booklet, the handle bars actually come fully assembled. All you have to do is insert the stem, position and tighten it down. The seat, pedals and front wheel all install very easily. As others have noted, the front wheel doesn't come with a quick release tab, but that's not a big deal to me at all. I installed the reflectors, front headlight, and went over everything to make sure it was all tight and positioned correctly. Lastly, I connected the power plug and we were ready to go! The whole process took under 30 minutes. There were a couple things that I did want to mention regarding installation. If you purely follow the directions, you are going to have some extra parts. There is a small plug to cover the locking bolt for the handlebars, and what looks to be a plastic cover to go over the main nut on the handlebar receiving tube. They also included some extra pieces for helping to keep the wire bundles in place and organized. There were no written instructions for installing the front headlight or the rear reflector. But it's all pretty self-explanatory. All in all, very easy set up and it's ready to go right out of the box! The test drive was a pleasure, and I'm looking forward to logging lots of miles on this bike! ... show more
