The media could not be loaded. This bark collar is a humane alternative to shock collars, and it works surprisingly well. I’m using the collar with success. The problem I encountered was the snap buckle! It was so stiff I had to use pliers to press the sides to open the buckle—even my son had trouble with it. I ended up remaking the collar from the large amount of webbing collar fabric and using another buckle.

The product works geat as long as it the product works; however, the side release buckle jammed. This makes it unable to get on and off to charge and refill. We only had the product for 5 weeks and didn't even use it every day. The product was very effective in changing our dogs behavior. Though at this price point, we would expect for a longer shelf life than 5 weeks. We would be have been willing to give 5 stars if other than for this. ****Update***** The company immediately reached out to us in response to our review to see how they could help fix the situation. Once, it was apparent that we couldn't fix the clasp; they immediately sent out a new unit. We couldn't be happier with this company and their customer service and product.

Look if you think that shock collars are inhumane or whatever that’s fine you’re entitled to your opinion . They are however an industry standard training tool that works well. And if you’re a great trainer you won’t even need the shock function ever anyway . This product is aimed squarely at people who think shock is inhumane . Sure we use it for livestock and even ourselves . Intact like most people I use something on my self before I use it on my pet . This is where my issue lies. I used this on my self and found it to be way more inhumane than a mild zap in my opinion . I feel like the sudden burst of spray in the face can be used to train a dog sure but it’s the beep and the vibrate that most trainers really use . I hated getting sprayed in the face with something I have to refill too… ugh it’s inhumane and disposable single use bad for the environment. Again these are my opinions about the whole issue . It does as it’s advertised it works. I’m not sure if getting maced in the face is any less human than a controllable zap but if i hated it I definitely am not using it on my dog . This doesn’t even factor in the fact that you’re maxing an area . What about the innocent bystanders?

The collar is great when it works. After two months of use it stopped spraying citronella and only puffs a small amount of air even after making sure the tank is full. It does nothing to stop my dog from barking now. Not worth the money.

I have a very barking Corgi. I ordered this puff collar on the Vets recommendation. I am 100% trilled with this product!! I have tried training, treats, zen patches and you name it but the collar changed her in ONE DAY! It's super easy to set up and put on and the auto feature keeps her reminded and I have the button I can use to give a puff. Now finally she is not aggressive when we go outside and we can finally take real walks!! Highly Recommend this!!

For my dogs (a 70 lb golden retriever age 6, a 50 lb weimaraner mix age 3, and a maltipoo age 1 at 9 lbs), these collars worked to stop my dogs from barking and worked quickly. In less than a week, the dogs had stopped barking at passing people and dogs. I would put the collars on the dogs for about an hour before using the citronella spray. I also made sure to use one consistent command and to praise each dog immediately after that particular pup stopped barking. I used the collars on only the MANUAL setting with the provided remote. The remote was important because I did not want to risk the barking of one dog setting off the collars of the other dogs when in automatic mode. I only used the training features of the collars inside the house. My one suggestion to the company….manufacture a remote that could work with three collars so that I would not need to wear two remotes around my neck.
