Humane, Adjustable, and Effective for Training Bark Control
The media could not be loaded. This bark collar is a humane alternative to shock collars, and it works surprisingly well. The spray is quick to activate when barking starts, and my dog reacted immediately without signs of stress or fear. The option to switch between automatic and manual modes is useful — I prefer auto for everyday use and manual for reinforcing training during walks or specific situations. The remote has good range and responsive buttons, and I like that it can control two collars at once if needed. The adjustable strap fits securely, and the collar itself is lightweight enough that my dog doesn’t seem to mind wearing it. Battery life has been excellent so far, lasting several days between charges, and it charges quickly. The citronella scent is strong enough to be effective without being overpowering indoors. Refilling is simple, and a single canister should last quite a while. The waterproofing has held up in light rain, though I avoid using it during heavy downpours as recommended. Overall, it’s a practical, humane training tool that helps curb excessive barking without causing harm, and the build quality feels solid for regular use.

Loved this product but buckle got stuck.
This product has been my saving grace after 6 years of a yappy dog. Every morning my dog loves to whineeeee until I let her out. I’ve tried positive reinforcement and medication and nothing ever worked to calm her down. This worked after one night! Amazing! Worked for my husky! Only negative is that the buckle became defective and got stuck on my dog. Product instructions say not to leave on for more than 8 hours at a time. I had to cut the collar off my dog to ensure her safety. Bummer. Product would not be replaced by Amazon but I am receiving a refund for the defect.

Great collar, it works!!
This collar works great on our dog. He hates the citronella smell and if you just put it on him he obeys. No need for a shock collar.

Stopped working after 2 months
The collar is great when it works. After two months of use it stopped spraying citronella and only puffs a small amount of air even after making sure the tank is full. It does nothing to stop my dog from barking now. Not worth the money.

Great customer service update
The product works geat as long as it the product works; however, the side release buckle jammed. This makes it unable to get on and off to charge and refill. We only had the product for 5 weeks and didn't even use it every day. The product was very effective in changing our dogs behavior. Though at this price point, we would expect for a longer shelf life than 5 weeks. We would be have been willing to give 5 stars if other than for this. ****Update***** The company immediately reached out to us in response to our review to see how they could help fix the situation. Once, it was apparent that we couldn't fix the clasp; they immediately sent out a new unit. We couldn't be happier with this company and their customer service and product.

I’m going to be brutal here
Look if you think that shock collars are inhumane or whatever that’s fine you’re entitled to your opinion . They are however an industry standard training tool that works well. And if you’re a great trainer you won’t even need the shock function ever anyway . This product is aimed squarely at people who think shock is inhumane . Sure we use it for livestock and even ourselves . Intact like most people I use something on my self before I use it on my pet . This is where my issue lies. I used this on my self and found it to be way more inhumane than a mild zap in my opinion . I feel like the sudden burst of spray in the face can be used to train a dog sure but it’s the beep and the vibrate that most trainers really use . I hated getting sprayed in the face with something I have to refill too… ugh it’s inhumane and disposable single use bad for the environment. Again these are my opinions about the whole issue . It does as it’s advertised it works. I’m not sure if getting maced in the face is any less human than a controllable zap but if i hated it I definitely am not using it on my dog . This doesn’t even factor in the fact that you’re maxing an area . What about the innocent bystanders?

Highly recommend!
This citronella collar is amazing! Super easy to use with both auto and manual modes. The spray + beep combo works great without any shocks, and my dog learned quickly. Lightweight, waterproof, and rechargeable—perfect for everyday use. Humane, safe, and effective.

Leaks. Trying a different brand.
The media could not be loaded. This is the second one I’ve bought. The first one leaked within days and I was able to return it. This second one leaked at about 2.5 months of use (about 1-2hrs/day when we let them out intermittently at night and the raccoons are out). She’s an old dog that doesn’t knock it around or anything. I’ll do what I can to get a refund or exchange it, but if I can’t, I’ll try another brand. Disappointed, as it was effective when it held citronella.
