    • Can't verify the watch authenticity
I used the downloaded "my citizen watch" app to register the watch. The app can't recognize the watch with its OCR scanning or with your filled out information. I then tried to contact Citizen customer service through email with all the information of the watch, amazon order number and the ordered date. I received the reply from Citizen customer service with links how to register the watch, which didn't work with the app. I then kept asking for the authenticity of the watch, the customer service stated the authenticity can be verified only if the watch was sold and fulfilled by Amazon. Next, I sent a proof of my watch purchase to the customer service. Finally, the customer service replied back that "due to privacy, she couldn't register the watch". The customer service ignored to answer my question of the watch authenticity. In summary, you can't verify the watch authenticity that was sold and fulfilled by Amazon. This is really bad. You can register the watch through Citizen web site by providing the watch model number only. This does not show you that the watch is a genius one. Inputing Caliber or serial number from the watch to the watch registration of Citizen web site doesn't work. ... show more

    • Chronograph Works, People Don’t Understand How to Read It.
The media could not be loaded. The large hand is not a second hand. It’s the chronograph (stopwatch) second hand. The top dial is minutes for the chronograph. The bottom dial is the second hand for the watch. This is a fantastic watch. Looks very elegant. My Girlfriend is going to love it.

    • very large second hand only works for stopwatch
my daughter likes it but it is very large, and the second hand does not move unless she has the stopwatch timer feature on it just sits there

Beautiful watch but.... The box was well worn with handling marks and a tear. It was meant as a gift so I had it delivered to me for inspection, so glad I did. The chronometer didn't work either and the back of the case had packing tape instead of the clear vinyl protector. It should be listed as used and defective. ... show more

Received this watch yesterday and was excited to open it. I knew from the moment I scanned the barcode and it did not work that this watch is fake. Even the chronograph seconds does not work...     • Attractive watch very easy to read.
I purchased this watch because it has a eco-drive and a second hand. The face is quite large - over an inch which makes it easy to read. The mother of pearl back for the face is very attractive. I really like the watch.
