Every once in a while, I buy something seemingly mundane that ends up standing out as one of my best purchases ever. These Circulon baking pans are one of those purchases. I bought these to replace my old baking sheets after growing tired of how annoying they were to deal with. They are the typical old ones you are likely familiar with: flimsy steel, with some kind of coating that is wearing off, a heat-damaged, mottled finish, rust spots all over the bottom, and a crease from cutting something in the pan. They flex and pop when they heat up and again when they cool down. I lived with these hand-me-downs for many years, dreading the cleanup each time I used them. Cleanup usually involved a long soak in the sink, steel wool, and rust stains getting onto my counter if I wasn't careful. Finally, after one particularly annoying cleanup, I jumped on Amazon and searched for nonstick pans. I found these, figured they looked good and had good reviews, and were inexpensive...and anything would be better than the ones I had. These pans aren't just better...they are amazing. I don't bake cookies or pastries, but I do make things like taquitos, pork ribs, meatloaf balls, etc...things that often leave behind sticky and/or burnt residue that is horrendous to clean off. Everything just rinses off of these pans. If it doesn't rinse off, it easily wipes off with a damp cloth. No more steel wool (you definitely should not use that on these), no more soaking. When recipes say to "line the pan with foil for easier cleanup," I ignore it. Why waste foil when cleanup is already as easy as turning on the faucet? Not only that, but these pans are very thick and sturdy. I saw one review (which was still a positive review) that said they had the pan flex at 500 degrees, and then relax back to shape without any trouble, but I have yet to see that happen at all with mine. No more loud "POP" to startle me as something is cooling on top of the stove. I am so happy with these pans that I bought some of their other sizes, and I'm going to take great pleasure in throwing my old ones directly into the dumpster. If you're not happy with your current baking sheets for any reason, buy these. I promise you will not be disappointed. ... show more

All my life I've used the cheaper baking pans picked up in grocery store aisles when needed because the old ones were just too grungy to deal with anymore. I don't even remember what made me pull the plug and buy these because whatever the reason was, when they arrived the reason was lost and they sat in a box in my office for months before a new reason for baking pans cropped up. But let me tell you, now that I've used them, I wish I had purchased them many years ago and saved myself hundreds of hours of cleanup time not to mention constant replacement costs. Yesterday, for example, I baked a ham on the baking sheet. I used nothing to keep it from sticking. When I pulled out the ham to add glaze, the bottom of the sheet already had baked-on juices. And the final product, of course, laid down baked-on glaze on the sheet. Then, somehow this baking sheet was forgotten during post-Thanksgiving cleanup, so this morning I had dried, baked-on gunk to deal with. And it all just washed away. A light sponge to remove the debris. No scrubbing needed, just hot water and soap to ensure it was clean. THIS IS WORTH THE MONEY! Stop buying the cheap junk and make this investment. Have used these for a couple of months now, and I have to say that cleaning is easy unless you burn something onto it. I wash mine by hand simply because it's quick and easy. For those that complained that the sizes are wrong, please remember that Bakewell is sized by the cooking area, not by outside dimensions. I have a lot of other Circulon pots and pans, and they have been some of the best cookware I have owned. I would definitely recommend. ... show more
