I contacted the seller and the associate Nancy promptly assisted me and sent me two additional chairs when all I hoped for was new parts for the two I initially received. These chairs ruined my floors in my brand new house - put dents all over my vinyl. It’s atrocious to look at. Also they do not stay in a stable position, the legs screw up & down constantly making the legs uneven & wobbly. Not comfortable to sit in for a long period of time.
