We absolutely love these! These stools are fantastic. Sturdy and comfortable. The high backs give great support to stop you from sitting over slouched while eating meals. Other stools don’t provide such support. We have open floor plan so the stools immediately become the center of focus when guests walk in the front door and get instant compliments. Friends have spent 2-3 times on their stools and theirs aren’t nearly as sturdy, comfortable nor as beautiful. I can’t compliment these stools enough! Also, the seller is fantastic. We had an issue with one stool and reached out about it. The seller was quick to respond and was motivated to make sure the problem was resolved to our complete satisfaction. One part seemed to have been damaged during shipping and the sender sent a replacement immediately. This is the kind of customer service that seems to go above and beyond expectations for online shopping, better than one would receive shopping in an actual store.

I bought these stools because of their construction materials and weight capacity. As I unboxed them, I was pleased with the feel of the fabric, the weight of the wood. Unfortunately, after I had one put together, ready for a test ride, I realized that the little anxiety I felt about the space for a body to fit at the back of the stool was much too narrow. Having measured it, the section of the seat for back and buttocks is only 16" wide on the inside. Assembly wasn't too difficult, once I found all the parts, which were in the box. Both of the containment packages for the hardware had split open in shipping.

Extremely disappointed with this purchase, got the beige pu leather ones and they stain easily and permanently. Tried to spend 2 weeks cleaning. Starts looking back in weeks not months. Decided not to keep on spending time cleaning without any results. Product should not have passed quality checks for a bar stool where food is expected to fall on them. When i tried to return within the timelines, i came to know seller is not paying for return. I bought 4 of these for $470 and returns costed $220, to ship from Virginia to Newjersey which is close. Lost half of amount in return. If you are returning from other parts of country, you might loose more😀. I tried to go through return policy and trying to understand where it is mentioned that i have to pay for return. Still trying to figure that. Should not they take care of it if product is defective? Here is a picture with stains.

These chairs are nice and look impressive, but they will need to be reinforced as the wood comes apart from the legs. What you need to do is put screws in the legs and into the foot rests. Then it will be fine. Also, if you have a little more junk in your truck you will not fit comfortably on these stools. The company was very good to work with.
