I bought a similar CILI massage pad earlier this year and liked it. So when I decided to buy another office chair massager, I specifically chose this model also from CILI. I spend hours at desk everyday and sometimes have tension in my back and shoulders. I tried this massager and feel it provides fantastic relaxation. I understand that, for long term, I need more exercises to improve my physical conditions. But the massager helps to loosen tensed muscle and improve circulation. It fits on my office chair perfectly, quite flexible. It's compact and light-weight, making it easy to put on or remove from the chair. I just leave it on the chair, I feel comfortable sitting on it, kind of like an extra cushion. I think this is the best part - the massager is conveniently on my chair all the time, a massage is just a click away. The vibration motors are surprisingly strong. I usually only use the medium setting. The heating function is also nice, it gets warm quickly. The remote is easy to use, with everything clearly marked. For the price, the features are outstanding. I've owned other more expensive chair massager in the past, and they were stiffer, had fewer features, and weren't nearly as powerful as this one. I wish it would have a memory function to remember my last setting. Not a big concern, just need to click a few buttons each time to get to my preferred intensity, zone, and heat level. But overall, this massager is excellent for relaxation. I like it and will probably be using it regularly.

“This heating pad is honestly one of the best purchases I’ve made for my back pain. The heat gets really warm and actually works, unlike some heating pads that barely feel hot. After using it, my back feels so much better and more relaxed. I’ve tried other heating pads with massage features before, and this one is by far the strongest and most effective. I recently purchased the CILI Massage Chair Pad and I must say it is a fine product indeed! The pad itself is very comfortable, can easily be moved, not bulky or difficult to use, and loosens muscles and joints. In addition, the chair pad has a heat function,10 motor functionality with 3 different timers and for different parts of your body, and the material it is made from is very durable. The design also comes with a side pocket to store remote when not in use and comes with an extended warranty. Definitely an A++ product all around! Would highly recommend to others!!

Assembles easily. Is pleasantly warm without being excessively hot. Soft cover. Nice, steady vibration. I haven't timed the 30/60/90 minute timers against an actual clock, but at least there is more than one choice of timing. Five different settings for vibrational pattern or you can use settings to determine area (back, glutes, legs). Only drawback is there does not seem to be a great deal of difference between power level settings. (-1 star for that, as some might find the default strength on the strong side, but I find it just right.)

I got my husband this massage mat a while back and he loved it. So now I started having back issues and after trying his, I got one, too. My favorite features are: the variable intensities, the different areas of the back you can select either separately or in combination, and the timer where you can choose 30, 60, or 90 minutes. But my most favorite is the constant vibration selection. It's a wonderful massage mat and it holds up really well.

Update #2 The replacement I was sent just completely died - 3 months usage. I did use it every day, but it was just normal use. So, putting the stars back to 3. Too bad, when it works, it's great. Update - The seller saw my review below, messaged me and sent a replacement. I think that's very good business, standing behind their product. The new one works just fine, and I'm grateful. I'll update if there's anything further to report, but I suspect the first one must have been a fluke. Additionally, I had bought a replacement from another company, and it works okay. But when I set up this massage chair pad and tried it, I immediately felt it was a better product - more comfortable, better distribution of the massage vibration, better padding on the massage points, and love the choice of timing - 30, 60, or 90 minutes. The massage distribution is important. My hips have been killing me (arthritis), and now I'm sitting comfortably on the new massager, and the hips are loosening up. So, I'm very happy, Thanks to a great seller. ______________________ Original review Only lasted 6 months. The middle section massagers started making a loud noise right after the return window closed. Carried on using other sections of massagers and heat, but it stopped dead at 6 months. While it worked, it worked well - good massage pressure, good heat, and liked the 3 choices on the timer. But, for the price, only 6 months of use (and that with one section unusable) is just not acceptable.
