Highly recommended amazing product for back pain
Color: Black
This is an amazing product, the vibration is strong and has multiple different settings for both intensities and patterns, the heat is amazing and also has an auto shut off feature. It’s very portable so it can be used in chairs or laying down in bed, it has a great price point and I highly recommend this product!

This massage chair is the one!
Color: Black
I work long hours and my back is usually wrecked by the end of the day, so I figured I would give this a shot as my name brand one wasn’t cutting it. Honestly this thing has been way better than I expected. Now when I get home I just throw it on my chair, sit down, turn it on, and it feels amazing. It’s become part of my routine at this point. The rollers hit pretty much every spot on my back. It actually feels like a real massage instead of those cheap pads that just vibrate and call it a day. The heat is also really nice. Not too hot, just enough to loosen things up after sitting all day. One thing I didn’t expect to like as much is the air compression on the seat. The way it squeezes your thighs actually feels great and kind of adds to the whole massage instead of just being a gimmick. Same with the vibration in the seat. It just makes the whole thing feel more complete. The crazy part is I actually own a name brand massage chair that cost me about three times as much as this. I’m not even joking when I say this one gives me better relief. That surprised me a lot. It’s easy to set up, you can throw it on pretty much any chair, and it just works. If you sit a lot for work or deal with back tension this thing is absolutely worth it. I use it almost every day now and I’d buy it again without thinking twice.

BEST ONE YET
Color: Black
i have had several of these over the years. This is the best yet. I especially like the timing option. Strong vibration and great heat choices. Helps tremendously with back pain. Fair price and hope it lasts for many years.

Take your relaxation with you!
Color: Black
I took this on a week-long road trip and it was a lifesaver. I used it in the hotel rooms at night and in the car during the long drives (there is an AC outlet in our vehicle, but it looks like you could put an adapter on it.) It helped relax my back and ease pain. The heat is just right and I love the middle and lower back massagers. The upper back is a little high for me (I'm 5'0") but would probably work great for taller people. The thigh massager works well on soft chairs; however, on my firm office chair, it's uncomfortable. But overall, I am very pleased with this purchase!

Great customer service, but replacement failed after 3 months
Color: Black
Update #2 The replacement I was sent just completely died - 3 months usage. I did use it every day, but it was just normal use. So, putting the stars back to 3. Too bad, when it works, it's great. Update - The seller saw my review below, messaged me and sent a replacement. I think that's very good business, standing behind their product. The new one works just fine, and I'm grateful. I'll update if there's anything further to report, but I suspect the first one must have been a fluke. Additionally, I had bought a replacement from another company, and it works okay. But when I set up this massage chair pad and tried it, I immediately felt it was a better product - more comfortable, better distribution of the massage vibration, better padding on the massage points, and love the choice of timing - 30, 60, or 90 minutes. The massage distribution is important. My hips have been killing me (arthritis), and now I'm sitting comfortably on the new massager, and the hips are loosening up. So, I'm very happy, Thanks to a great seller. ______________________ Original review Only lasted 6 months. The middle section massagers started making a loud noise right after the return window closed. Carried on using other sections of massagers and heat, but it stopped dead at 6 months. While it worked, it worked well - good massage pressure, good heat, and liked the 3 choices on the timer. But, for the price, only 6 months of use (and that with one section unusable) is just not acceptable.

Affordable and versatile
Color: Black Bary
The CILI vibration massage chair pad is a quality product. It is an inexpensive alternative to paying a massage therapist and offers some of the same kind of deep tissue relief. The combination of vibration and heat with the option of varying intensities promotes circulation which for me relaxes my muscles and eases pain. It’s also very quiet so I can use it in the room with my family without disturbing others or distracting me when I am working. It’s small enough and lightweight so that I can pack it with me when I travel. Overall I highly recommend this massager.

OH MY GOSH!!!! Far beyond expectations!!!
Color: Black
OH MY GOSH!!!! Where are adequate words? I injured my left hip, or so I thought. The pain was excruciating from the spine out to the hip bone and around to the pelvic bone. I had a similar situation a year before when I took a shuttle bus to the airport, a flight cross country and spent days in a very uncomfortable chair by my sons bed in the hospital as he passed away and then had to pack up belongings in his condo. That "injury" was in the right hip. After a doctor visit I was told it was strained muscles and would take weeks to heal. Then this LEFT hip injury happened as I was putting away patio furniture for the winter. NOTHING over the counter would help and ice packs did nothing. I ended up in Urgent Care and the prescribed muscle relaxers did nothing. The next day the pain was was so bad my blood pressure was off the scale. We called 911 and I was transported to the ER. This time the very strong pain killers that I didn't want to take but did. Very little relief. With Amazon at my finger tips I looked for pain relief and spotted this chair pad massager. OK - maybe I could get enough relief to at least get some word done. I ordered it after reading other reviews. When it arrived on my porch I couldn't wait to try it. OH MY GOSH!!!! It was extra cushioning which many of these pads aren't. That helped lessen the pressure on the painful areas. Then using the remote I experimented with areas to massage and intensity. I was instantly impressed. I decided to try a little heat. with 500% honesty, this was amazing. Cushioned and supportive. Massaging, a bit of heat. Say I relaxed is putting it mildly. About fifteen minutes into the first timed selection option of 30 minutes, my husband walked up and asked why I had tears running down my face. I started crying even more and told him it was the first time since the injury hat there was any relief at all. Relief that pain meds didn't bring. I used it again first thing this morning when everything hurt badly after a night in bed. I fell asleep almost immediately after turning on the massaging and low heat modes. I am beyond pleased with this item. I'm buying a second one so I can leave one on my home office chair and have another for watching TV and in the bedroom. Thank you CILI for making such an amazing product.

Simple Comfort
Color: Black Bary
This is a basic unit. Good vibration, a few choices for heat level, vibration level, and vibration pattern. Attached controller so you won't lose track of it. If you just want something easy to use without a ton of bells and whistles, this is for you. I would suggest using it on a firm chair, as on something overly soft it doesn't work nearly as well as when on a firm surface. This would be perfect for a desk chair to use while you are working.
