I always sit with a lumbar cushion behind my back and this is even better, so comfy just as a lumbar cushion but I love that I can also add heat and/or vibration if I'm feeling tight and stiff, this really helps soothe and loosen up my lower back when it's tight It's made of comfy memory foam and the vibrating motors are located in the small of my back where I often have stiffness so it feels really good Works great on my office chair and also on a recliner or on the bed It has 3 modes for vibration and 3 levels of vibration so you can set it to whatever feels good to you. It also has 3 levels of heat, I haven't been able to thoroughly test the heat modes because it's been in the 100s here and the last thing I want is more heat. I did try it though and it heated up quickly and felt really good in the small of my back I've tried a lot of massagers because I get a lot of aches, pain, tightness and stiffness in my back, neck and shoulders, this one is a winner for me. If I was looking for a down side it would only be that it's limited to massaging only one area but that's why I have multiple massagers 😁

I recommend this CILI lumbar support pillow because it is among the best lumbar support pillow with the heating and vibration features in the market that is below $40. There are multiple lumbar support pillows made of memory pillow the price of which is ~$20. However, if features like massage, heating and/or vibration are added therein, the price usually goes up to ~$50. I bought this CILI branded lumbar support pillow because a friend had previously bought me a full body massage pad which I have been using a lot and like it very much. CILI is a reliable brand from what I have experienced. As I mentioned, this lumbar support pillow combines a lumbar support with heating and vibration features which added the extra uses for the product. It is made of high-quality memory foam and has an ergonomic design. I brough the pillow to my office which usually has a temperature of ~65 when the AC is on. So I plugged in and turn on both heating and vibration. It fits nicely in the office chair and goes against my lower back. It greatly relives my back pain muscle tension. It shuts off automatically after 30 min but you can also set it to auto shut at 60 min or 90 min

I recently started a job which requires me to sit in a desk chair all day. I have lower back pain especially in the lumbar region that has always been an issue and I know my posture certainly doesn’t help. I bought this and immediately felt relief. It fits on my chair perfectly, the heat function is my favorite, definitely gets hot so you don’t need to keep it on the lowest setting. It’s extremely comfortable and actually helps me sit up straight because it covers the gap between my back and the chair. High quality, great looking, and most importantly I’m pain free! If you are looking for a heated lumbar pillow that fits perfectly on your office chair, look no further. Cili's lumbar support pillow is a great way to support your back; the anatomic design features gradual contours that make it fit seamlessly and comfortably, without feeling bulky. The pillow features an on/off button for a heat setting, and if you opt for heat, you can select from three different intensities. It requires an electric outlet, as it must be plugged in continuously, if you want to use the heat and vibration features. The support pillow has three vibration modes and three vibration levels. You can use the vibrating mode on its own, the heat feature without vibrations (no buzzing sound, making it more discreet, especially in the office), or you can combine the two features. The pillow securely attaches to your chair back and comes with an asphalt gray, stretchy cover (almost like a T-shirt) you can unzip to wash, which I find super practical. The pillow itself feels like memory foam - it's very comfortable against my back. I would give this pillow the highest rating because it's an excellent, anatomically correct product that comes in super handy in the office, especially if you're seeking heated lumbar comfort that fits on almost any chair.
