If you are looking for a heated lumbar pillow that fits perfectly on your office chair, look no further. Cili's lumbar support pillow is a great way to support your back; the anatomic design features gradual contours that make it fit seamlessly and comfortably, without feeling bulky. The pillow features an on/off button for a heat setting, and if you opt for heat, you can select from three different intensities. It requires an electric outlet, as it must be plugged in continuously, if you want to use the heat and vibration features. The support pillow has three vibration modes and three vibration levels. You can use the vibrating mode on its own, the heat feature without vibrations (no buzzing sound, making it more discreet, especially in the office), or you can combine the two features. The pillow securely attaches to your chair back and comes with an asphalt gray, stretchy cover (almost like a T-shirt) you can unzip to wash, which I find super practical. The pillow itself feels like memory foam - it's very comfortable against my back. I would give this pillow the highest rating because it's an excellent, anatomically correct product that comes in super handy in the office, especially if you're seeking heated lumbar comfort that fits on almost any chair.

I am using this at work. It does have great support. It needs a strap at the top so it won't fall over when I get out of the chair. The heat is amazing. The massaging is a luxury. I wish it had a top strap.

I always sit with a lumbar cushion behind my back and this is even better, so comfy just as a lumbar cushion but I love that I can also add heat and/or vibration if I'm feeling tight and stiff, this really helps soothe and loosen up my lower back when it's tight It's made of comfy memory foam and the vibrating motors are located in the small of my back where I often have stiffness so it feels really good Works great on my office chair and also on a recliner or on the bed It has 3 modes for vibration and 3 levels of vibration so you can set it to whatever feels good to you. It also has 3 levels of heat, I haven't been able to thoroughly test the heat modes because it's been in the 100s here and the last thing I want is more heat. I did try it though and it heated up quickly and felt really good in the small of my back I've tried a lot of massagers because I get a lot of aches, pain, tightness and stiffness in my back, neck and shoulders, this one is a winner for me. If I was looking for a down side it would only be that it's limited to massaging only one area but that's why I have multiple massagers 😁

I ordered this at the right time! Ever since I had my kids, the area where I got my spinal (epidurals) becomes very sensitive to the cold. Meaning my lower back starts to hurt an irrational amount if I don’t bundle up well enough. Well it’s been very cold lately and with this new lower back massager, I get the perfect relief I need! Between the 3 different levels of vibration and the amazing amount of heat (also 3 levels) that it produces, my pain subsides within minutes! The pillow is comfortable to sit against and seems to be of great quality by far! I am 5’1”, and the size was perfect to cover me where I needed it to. There was no odd smell coming from the packaging or anything. It’s just a great product that is perfect to have for those moments when your lower back starts acting up. There’s no deep massaging as it’s just a vibrating pillow, but the heat is its perfect companion for soothing pain.

This massage pillow does heat and vibrate and there are indeed levels of vibration and heat to choose from. But the power cord is VERY short. It barely reaches from the outlet to the chair which in my case is a recliner. So when the recliner is in the raised position the power cord comes unhooked from the pillow. I taped the connection together with gaffers tape which helps but the power is still wonky - I have to maneuver the separate control cord until it comes on. And the main issue I have is this shaped pillow is extremely firm and hard. You absolutely can not change the shape to adjust to your body / position. If you need a super sturdy pillow only for your back lumbar and have a close outlet this will work for you. For me its more trouble than I want to deal with when I just need some pain relief. Also, it was misshapen out of the box when it arrived and took months to settle into proper shape which tells you how hard and firm this item is. I would not purchase this particular item again.

I recently started a job which requires me to sit in a desk chair all day. I have lower back pain especially in the lumbar region that has always been an issue and I know my posture certainly doesn’t help. I bought this and immediately felt relief. It fits on my chair perfectly, the heat function is my favorite, definitely gets hot so you don’t need to keep it on the lowest setting. It’s extremely comfortable and actually helps me sit up straight because it covers the gap between my back and the chair. High quality, great looking, and most importantly I’m pain free! Highly recommend.
