This frame is very durable. I was worried about buying a platform for my hybrid mattress, which I've always kept on a box spring. My mil bought a platform from a local mattress store and with just her on it, it bent within the first few months. We have had about 1200 lbs of weight on this frame at once and its fine.     • This takes 2 people to put together.
Size: King Style: 12 inch
First the good: Great price, good product and fast free delivery. Now the bad: If you watch the video, it shows this guy putting the entire product together using just the l-wrench. First, this isn't true!!! He did not screw the entire bolt in the socket because the hole was not drilled big enough. The l-wrench will work for the first couple of turns, but you will a good pair of pliers to hold the bold in place and another pair of pliers to turn the l-wrench. The wrench provided was worthless. You will need a second person to help you match up and hold the pieces in place while you are trying to put the screws in. The pieces were poorly marked as we had to physcially match up the pieces that were marked. The easiest pieces were the ribs, but you will need a rubber headed mallet to pound them securely into place. You will need a pair of knee pads. This assembly took my wife and I almost 2 hours to put together, because of the difficulty of screwing in the nuts and bolts for assembly was SO HARD!!! To end on a positive note, if you understand these issues that we had, it is STILL A GOOD BUY!!! ... show more
