This was purchased for our 10' X 20' deck and we love it. It is perfect. We purchased the 32" fire pit with the 2 cup holders. The produce is a well made sturdy product. Putting it together was easy based on the easy to follow and well laid out and labeled instructions. It was delivered fast and packaged extremely well. I looked at a lot of fire pits before purchasing this one and I am completely satisfied with this product. Oh, and it is easy to light with a classy silver knob. There is also some storage under the fire pit with the propane tank (open the side door which has a magnet to keep it closed). A nice surprise also was the fire pit top that comes off when using the fire pit has a hanger on the back which can easily & nicely be attached and hung to the side of the fire pit so it does not get in the way &/or lost. I’m very happy with this fire table. The packaging was excellent and all large panel pieces were well protected. I did have an issue with the gas control knob being damaged in shipping, but the vendor has promised to ship me a new replacement. Assembly was a piece of cake; it only took me about 20 min doing it by myself. Please note, there is limited clearance inside for a propane tank. A 20lb tank will fit, but no larger. I actually have a 15lb tank exchange tank in there and it was still a little cramped. It was quite windy the warm day that I assembled this unit, but it still was able to easily light and stay lit. The wind did blow the flames around quite a bit though. It might be better to have a glass wind shield with this unit as well, but it works as-is. I appreciate the automatic ignition feature; it kicks on as soon as you turn the gas valve from the off position and quickly lights the burner. ... show more

Was looking to replace my old firepit that just stopped working and came across this one. I didn’t want to spend a lot so I was at first attracted to the price. The size was perfect and exactly what I needed for my outdoor space. It’s got a great heat output and the style compliments my patio furniture nicely. This comes shipped in a box and requires assembly but it’s so easy to put together. Instructions are clearly written and easy to read. I put it together by myself, closely following the directions and it took about 45 minutes. Once built, it’s a pretty solid piece, does not look or feel cheap. I wanted to give 5 stars but I’m giving 4 because it was so difficult to light. I read the users manual and it was not helpful. It mentioned something about removing and then putting back the battery on the igniter. I was so confused because the manual that came in the box with the pit made absolutely no mention of a battery. I also read the Amazon reviews, searching for any helpful tips but was still not able to resolve my issue. It was frustrating and I was so worried I’d have to take it apart and send back for a replacement. I ended up calling Amazon service and was connected to the manufacturer. Luckily they were able to help me. Turns out the igniter on this pit is a little weird and it’s made like that purposely , kind of like a safety feature/child proof. When lighting, turn it halfway to the left (counter clockwise) until you hear the click, and then you push the knob in and and hold it down for a few seconds and sure enough, it ignites!!! I feel like this info should be included in the product description and also in the users manual. ... show more

I love this fireplace! It arrived on time, in new perfect condition & packaged well. Was easy to assemble & looks great. Doesn't scratch easily. It fits on my 10x12ft deck with plenty of space for chairs. Does not come with propane tank so plan on buying one & it does use quite a bit of propane. I keep flame fairly low so it doesn't empty the tank in 1 use. I woukd buy from seller again. ... show more

This firepit is the perfect size for the backyard and a lot safer than our wood fireplace. The price is fair for the quality. The color is what you would expect. Super sturdy as it has adjustable feet to stabilize any surface. The only negative was putting together the device. It took a little longer than I thought as it was semi complicated. 1) I can’t believe the lack of basic mechanical skills now a days of reviewers who struggle to assemble this - it’s literally like 6 pieces with 2-4 screws each, come on you shouldn’t NEED instructions for this! 2) Pro-tip for those crying about holes not lining up, it’s you, not them. You never tighten down hardware piece by piece - get them all loosely started and aligned, once it’s all built up then you can even square everything up THEN tighten all the screws - this applies to all things you ever will assemble, patio furniture, a gazebo, your new bike or shed…that tips for free 3) Mine took longer to unpack with all the ridiculous foam pieces than it did to assemble, its been running now every night for a month with no issues - out in the rain (by the way, when it gets rained on the little stains left behind need to be wiped off, that’s not a problem with the unit) - usually have it blasting full force still haven’t changed the first full propane tank ... show more

The fire pit was delivered much quicker than expected. It was packed very nicely, assembled easily with easy to follow Directions. It is well made and gives off way more heat than I expected. It, however , had a dent in the top. I emailed the Company with a photo of the dent. Less than a week later I had a new top to replace the defective one.
