Thes stools were definitely a statement piece for conversation in my vanity area. I first give a round of applause for the customer service I received. Originally when putting the stools together I thought there was a problem. I in turn immediately reached out to customer service. Customer service was phenomenal. Each time. I emailed her she gave me a solution, and offered workarounds until I was satisfied. For me in this and that is hard considering everything is usually done by text or via email. For this, and this alone, I would recommend to use this vendor again and again should they have anything else to offer that I would be interested in. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase I did buy a few months ago so it was cheaper than the listed price. I only have issues with 2 things. First I think the quality could be better but for the price not so bad. The other thing is the chair does seem a little bit smaller but not a deal breaker. I loved the color and gold detailing.
