Likes: small, easy to use, easy to clean, price is great, looks nice on the counter, not loud, drip plate doesn’t rust, shuts off after each cup and quickly starts back up when you want another cup, makes a cup at a time, has worked great for over 5 years and counting!!!! Cons: not the best for parties if everyone wants coffee at the same time, but no different than any other single serve. Not sure how hot it gets one way or another but I think it gets hot enough as I usually add cold water or ice so I can drink my drink a little faster. I used to buy Keurigs every year but this little inexpensive item has worked amazingly well almost 6 years now, and I use it multiple times a day!

This coffee maker is cute and functional It is compact, works well with a variety of coffee mugs and is easy to clean. It does not accept travel mugs. If traveling with coffee is a must and space is limited, I would make the coffee in a glass measuring cup and transfer to my favorite tumbler. The one thing that is noteworthy is this will take up to 1.5 cups of water which is the size of an average coffee mug. You may need to adjust the size if you are one who adds a creamer to your coffee. This product seems to be easy to use, makes good coffee and easy to fill with water, should you have a spouted vessel to fill it.

I just needed a small Keurig to travel with and after checking all the reviews, I bought this one. It works out perfectly. The coffee is piping hot and I can adjust how strong I want the coffee by how much water I put in. You do need to pour the water into the reservoir with something that has a spout or the water will sit in the top tray. I absolutely love it – you can’t beat it for the price!

The media could not be loaded. I liked this small coffee maker. It was a good fit for me. After a few weeks, it started pumping the cold water over the coffee as soon as it was plugged in, even before you turn it on. I contacted Amazon customer service, and they connected me with the manufacturer's customer service. I explained the problem, and they asked me for a video. I shot a 1-minute video (the same one I am posting here), but it was greater than 25 MB, so Gmail sent it as a Google drive link. They say they cannot see it. So I posted it on Youtube as a public video and send them the URL. They said that they cannot see yet. They were stalling with their request for the video. They wanted it as an email attachment, so I was forced to look for some way to reduce the file size to less than 25 MB. I had to download the VLC player and learn how to use it. I email them three versions of the reduced-size file. All of this went over and over for days. They answer you once per day, and their constant claiming of not being able to watch a public video on youtube makes you question their willingness to help. I still have no resolution, still waiting to hear from them if they were finally able to see either the youtube video or any of the four versions that I emailed them. At this point, I just regret not having bought an original Keurig instead of a not-so-cheap crappy coffee maker.

I got this little machine to replace my Pour-over-coffee set-up in my office (after knocking the filter off the cup, full of hot water and grounds all over me and my cupboard about 4 times!). I wanted something that would fit my little cupboard and be more stable than the pour-over. This was perfect. It doesn't spit and sputter, it feels very solid for such a little machine. It fit in the space nicely, and my first cup was steaming hot. It takes a few minutes, but then so did my water boiler. It actually takes up less space than my water boiler. I recommend this little pot.

Worked great for 6 months. Then made horrible clicking noise near the end of the brew cycle, then an electric pop noise and shut off. Tried turning it back on, it immediately made another pop noise, then dead. Sent customer service a video of it being dead, they replaced it. 2nd one is working great again, so far for two months. Reason for three stars is at least it worked for a while, and customer service is outstanding.
