This handle is well made and should last for many years. I wish they had more colors than red as I have similar cameras and have to mark each handle with a colored ribbon to quickly identify which camera I am grabbing.

Originally bought one for use with a small digital audio recorder ( to prevent handling noise ). It works great for that. Then I bought a two handed video camera mount with cold shoes for accessories .. but it was awkward to hold it up in front of my face. I added this on the bottom, below the frame, and it was much easier .. so I bought another one! ... show more

I use this as an extension for my tripod clamp base. I have a spotting scope mounted to it and then clamped to a shooting bench. This raises the scope to a height just right for looking through.

Great little handle, the rubberized grip allows positive control and it is the perfect size. The only flaw (minor, by comparison) is the threaded post is a little too long for use with the Ronin SC when using the side adapter plate. I had to trim mine down with a dremel.
