It arrived on time and the Amazon set up service was well worth the extra money to unpackage it and haul off the boxes. They set it up but I still had to put all the screws in. It can be put together by yourself, but it will take longer and be a little challenging. So a second person helping will make assembly way easier. But in the pictures with the description it's described as charcoal and it's definitely not a true charcoal color which I already knew. It's more of a heathered gray color especially depending on the lighting in the room. It was just slightly smaller than I expected but for the price it's nice. I ordered a tufted double chaise by the same brand from another online store so the colors matched together perfectly (I included a picture for reference of the match). Thankfully I ordered a rug with hints of blue, light gray, and dark gray so it blended together well. It's not hard to sit on, but definitely firm.
