Seat is a little hard I’m hoping it will get softer in time also not too much cushioning on arm rest. Very hard to close foot rest. I have to stand up and then close with my hands. I like the feel of the recliner and the dark brown color too. Fits great in a small area. I was hoping my dog could sit in the chair with me but too small. This chair is great for a small person. ~ REALLY like this chair -- "pleather," but Good Buy -- not really that expensive -- attractive -- and COMFORTABLE! (--First chair my male visitors head for when they come in -- and women too grrr! LOL) BUT the leg-rest, which has to be "put-out" by using a tight-lever on the right side of the chair, is Da..n Difficult to put back in place: one has to pretty-much kick/punch it back in! --And when you recline the chair, you have to literally be sitting in it -- otherwise it goes back upright on its own -- LEAVING THE FOOTREST OUT! ... show more

The chair has a 3-star comfort rating for me. It feels as if you are sitting on a block of hard firm foam... The worst part of the chair is trying to 'un-recline" it. It is nearly impossible to push the footrest in while seated. You have to reach down and push it in with your hands which is difficult as well. I guess I should have sent them back. ... show more

Sized well enough to fit 250-300lbs in a small corner in the bedroom. Make sure you measure first, but this small form recliner fits well his bedroom and it can be slept in. Your not going to find a similarly priced chair that can fit a heavy person and also fit in the bedroom at a store and not be charged a fortune. ... show more

    • Collapsing the leg rest back to normal position is hard, but a nice looking chair.
The chair looks good. Seems to be well made. The leg rest is hard to collapse. You will have to stand up and kick it in with your foot to close it all the way. You are probably better off finding one with a lever handle or is electric.

This is a lot smaller than I thought it would be but the material feels nice. The head rest is low so you can’t sit down and rest your head back. My husband is 5’10.5 and his whole head is above the back of the chair. Would be good for tight spaces and/or a baby's room.     • Chair makes noise
I purchased the chair in Nov. 2021. After three months, the chair makes nose when you turn it around 360. I turned the chair upside down to see what made the noise and found that 7 small ball bearings, being off the track of the base, were on the floor. I have no idea how to put them back where they originally are. I would appreciate the seller's advice. ... show more

    • Great recliner for a small space
We have a narrow media room and thought we were never going to find exactly what we needed; two comfy recliners that weren't huge that could be easily turned around to face the sofa behind for when we had guests. This recliner is perfect. Small footprint, very comfy, fully reclines, turns easily and goes together with one snap. Just push the back down into the base brackets. I will, however, echo the comments of others who have pointed out that it takes a healthy push to lower and lock the foot rest.
