I'm a really tall guy and I was worried that it would be too short when I recline in it, but that doesn't seem to be the case. It has a nice, tall back rest that I can still lay my head on sitting up or reclining -- while playing video games or watching a movie. My feet do hang off of the footrest, but that has been the case with almost every recliner I have sat on and is still just as comfortable. The loveseat comes in two pieces in the box when delivered (the couch base and the backrest), and the backrest snaps perfectly into the brackets when you assemble it -- no tools required. It took me less than 5min from taking it out of the box to having it all setup in my office. I also bought this loveseat specifically because it came in a compact box that I could put in any room after it was delivered, and not have to worry about "pivoting" a fully assembled, extra heavy couch through narrow passageways. My wife and I can both sit on it comfortably or myself and two of my smaller (40lbs ea) dogs. However, unless you're the size of a toddler, you can't lay on this loveseat sideways (it's not that wide). Also, if you're expecting a pillowtop or memory foam experience when you sit on this, you're not going to get it. Its cushioning is not super stiff like wood either and I can still take a nap on this when reclined. I also have a blanket that I put over it for a little extra softness and keeps dog hair off of it. Anyway, I looked all over Amazon for reviews on couches that fit us tall folk and never came across one. So I took a leap of faith on this one and it paid off. The loveseat is not as comfortable as it appeared to me. I don't care much for the feel of the not real leather and wonder if I would have purchased this if I had a chance to sit in it but that is the nature of on line shopping. I might have done better to choose the fabric upholstery. Unanticipated was how much my cats like to sharpen their claws on the back side of the loveseat. The loveseat was easy to assemble. I have difficulty keep the recliner fully stretched out as it does not lock in place and if shift my weight I suddenly sit up. So I am disappointed, but did not consider returning it... and will be looking for a replacement. ... show more

Looks nice but quality is sub par. Already falling apart within 3 months. OK if you aren't going to use it every day. Otherwise pretty comfortable for its size.

This loveseat recliner is exactly what I was looking for in size and color for my home office/gaming room. The quality seems pretty good for the value of the couch. The delivery was pretty seamless since it was dropped off in front of my door and I had an extra set hands to help bring it into the house. It was easy as a few clicks to actually put it together and the kids were the first ones to enjoy it. It’s really there to fill in the space but not really used as a full time couch. I hope it will last a few years and so far with the little use it has, it looks good and is pretty comfortable when in use. ... show more

Construction is solid. I have nothing to complain about that but with functionality I have to say I’m very disappointed. The lift on the foot rest of the recliner is so hard to get up and down. I have practically given myself a concussion in order to push the foot rest up. Same with pushing it down, I have to stand up and kick it to get it down. As a senior who just wanted a comfortable chair to sit with my great grand babies I very disappointed this missed the mark. ... show more

For the price, this is a decent recliner. Easy to put together….once you get it out of the box. It is NOT meant for anyone over 5’4”. Your legs will hang over recliner when extended but it works for me. Not a quality piece of furniture but it’s okay and functional. I love it but it's not charcoal grey like it states. I ordered a charcoal grey loveseat to match and the contrast is very noticeable. Easy to assemble and is fairly comfortable.

Overall the couch is easy to assemble and comfortable to sit in. How long will it last...not sure...for our purposes this couch gets used daily and has held up. Initially there is some sort of smell that comes with the couch but goes away after a few days. To push the recliner back into the chair takes a little effort. For the price and size of couch I think it is a pretty good deal. To me it is meant to be a couch where you kind of sip coffee and chill. If you are playing to use it in a kids area where they will be rough housing around....this couch might not be the one for you. Clean looking type of couch. Would recommend. ... show more
