all chairs i ordered sit flush-no rocking at all. seems sturdy enough and i find them quite comfortable. the only negative is there are no pilot holes for the assorted wood screws in assembly process. had to manually screw into hard oak chair legs/frame; actually some screws are not flush and a few screw heads stick out. didn't want to go thru the hassle of unscrewing and drilling holes. ... show more

The chairs look nice! However, one arrived damaged and it’s not worth sending them all back for one dented chair. I guess you get what you pay for. The reviews are correct- it takes a long time to assemble these as especially once you’re trying to secure the seats.

Ordered a set of 4 chairs - and only received two. These “dining chairs” are so low they might not even get you high enough for the kids table. Truly they are lower than our coffee table. They are poorly made and assembly is next to impossible as the designated holes basically force the cheap wood to bend and almost break - save your money. ... show more
