This review is for those who bought one and now the swivel is not working or came off. The swivel base in these arm chairs are not kid friendly and mine broke 3 days after received. So I took it appart and found out that the base is not secured to the chair at all. It was just placed and was held together by the light mesh fabric. So, to fix it, I got a 2x8x24in plank, it has room to go to 26" in length, and screw it to the chair frame. It left enough room for the screws that hold the swivel to be placed in the same position. Then, I unscrewed the swivel wheel and screwed the 12x12 wood to the new plank. Now is very secured to the frame of the chair and no more frustration. I am waiting for the second chair and got the plank ready to fix the problem right away. Now, I hope to get a discount from Amazon for not returning the poorly built chair and ordering a second one after figuring out the problem and hope this helps other to fix theirs. Thank you in advance.

First, the good: I ordered two of these chairs and the color is lovely; although not as bright as pictured. The chairs have a very firm seat cushion. I like that, but some people won’t. The chair seems solidly built and the swivel works well. Now for the bad: The boxes arrived damaged and although the chairs were packed decently inside, both chairs are mildly damaged. One chair has loose stitching along the arm and both chairs have worn/torn places also on the arms. The material/vinyl is thin and shows white underneath. See pictures for details. Unfortunately, it wouldn’t be worth the cost of return shipping for me to request a refund.

Disappointed in actual color. Not as advertised. I would call the color seafoam green, not turquoise, see pic. Product arrived earlier than anticipated, in good condition. No assembly required.

Love these chairs! I bought two of them to replace a love seat that didn't work for us. We needed to make the living room more wheelchair friendly. They look great ( we got the turquoise) and give the space more room to move around. Cushions a little hard, but know they will soften with use., a better choice than having them too soft. We are very pleased!

The chair just arrived today. Box was slightly damaged but I can't imagine a box that big not having some damage anyway. Chair was in perfect condition...no scratches, dents, or upholstery issues. This is a chair for my office and it fit's perfectly. I love the fact that it swivels 360 degrees. It feels very sturdy. I look forward to decorating around the color of the chair as well.

This swivel style chair is a nice value for the purchase price and adds some nice color to the room. Was delivered in very protective packaging. Nice quality material that is easily wiped clean, if necessary.

As stated above it should not be marketed as Turquoise, it is more a Seafoam Green! Fortunately it blended with our decor!
