True ivory color and the material is imitation leather (beautiful). Arrived fully assembled. Super comfortable. As far as height, I am 5'3'' with bad knees, the cushion is pretty steady and do not flops down which is what I was looking for. My husband is 5'10'' and loves the steadiness of the swivel chair.     • You can tell it’s not genuine leather.

The chair came assembled, the color as described, firm seat. The material looked cheap and made noise when I would accidentally bump into it with my shoe. I ended up giving it away and purchased a genuine leather chair. Overall, it’s an okay chair and good if your on a budget.
