I bought this product so my old small dog could have a step on and off the bed. It was what seemed like a perfect product until the zipper failed and burst off. We have only had this product for 2 months. My dog is the only weight on it we have never sat on it or stepped on it, so no way should the zipper have just busted open. We had not touched the zipper or removed it. I contacted their company and sent the product link, order number, and it is clearly their product. They said that it did not come form their system so they will not help me with a replacement cover. It would be so simple for them to assist me and probably cost them little. Worst customer service I have received in years. Don't waste your money on a product that wont last unless you can sew on a new zipper. ... show more

Ok so i received my order and was happy with it even if the box was completely damaged and opened. And 4 days later i placed another order with the same item. I just received it and guess what, this new one is actually new! And i can notice the difference because it is full of beads and looks really good,the other one seems to be missing a lot of them! Not at all worth the money. Had mine for a little while now and have to order more stuffing. Arrived nice and firm but definitely doesn’t stay that way. Should have just grabbed an ottoman from TJMaxx or Ross.
