The media could not be loaded. Beautiful couch but unfortunately I did not receive the corner piece that connects the two couches. I really would love the entire couch. I will post pictures soon.... For future reference for others who order the two long couches came in four boxes. Put together easily by myself. Will up date with pictures Update: emailed and the company responded within 12 hours!!! I cannot say enough about how easy communication has been. The corner piece should be in today... two days after Amazon marketed it as fully delivered but no biggie. Super excited to have it completed shortly. Absolutely perfect low but comfortable for me I’m 5’6”. Quality is good. Happy camper over here :) ... show more

The couch itself appears to be fine. However the shipment was incomplete. I received 3 boxes that included: the corner piece, the left back, the right base, the right arm, 3 seat cushions and 1 corner cushion. I’m currently not able to even assemble my entire order. Worse, and surprising for Amazon, Christopher Knight appears to be some kind of a scam or front company because the link in the Amazon app to request replacement parts leads to a 404 web page. After calling Amazon the first time I was told that I would need to contact the manufacturer for parts even though the product is listed as sold through Amazon, the Amazon associate dropped me off in the Christopher Knight phone-tree which does not have a customer service option. After calling Amazon back they put me on the line with someone at a company called GDF Studio who asked me to email in a claim. In the meantime, I filled out a request through Christopher Knight’s website and received a response email that I would have to contact Amazon for parts since it was shipped through Amazon. So it appears that Amazon and Christopher Knight can’t agree on who supplies replacement parts, and I’ll be left holding the bag, and half a couch. If GDF is able to resolve the issue I will amend my review but if you don’t see an amendment: buyer beware. If they refuse I’ll be forced to request a refund to dispute the transaction with my bank. ... show more

Very beautiful couch. Exact color and nice leather. We were thinking might get with lots of scratches due to delivery surprisingly not a single scratch. It comes nicely packed in 5 big cardboard boxes which did prevented from any damages. The only negative on this is goodbye to head rest. Back is very low, knew it would happen but it looks stunning so bought it anyway. The height is little lower than 28”. Seat is very comfortable spongy. So far every one in the house love it. This sectional is so small! I have never seen anything like it. I know, I know......it shows specifications and I even got out my tape measure to make sure it was good. What I didn’t realize is that the top of the back of the couch is so low that it makes the sectional appear very strange. It looks like a kids couch but it’s not, it’s a full size sectional. It’s very pretty and assembly wasn’t bad at all. It’s too bad really, all they had to do was add about 6 inches or so to the back pieces and it would be a great sectional. ... show more
