I think this is the best product out there for the price. My issue is that I could not get it installed by anyone for a reasonable price so had to send all mine back. It's a full kit they send. It's beautiful. It's durable. It's useful. I just wish everything wasn't so over the top price wise that an installer thinks he's building the entire set instead of just putting it together. WOW! I'm blind in one eye and poor vision in the other. I needed these items from this company so I could safely garden. It just didn't happen. Thanks for your reasonable sturdy products. Maybe next year for me.

I ordered a 3 step handrail, a 4ft Guard Rail kit, a 6ft Guard Rail Kit as well as the Wrought iron handrail post kit. Everything was delivered on time. The parts were easy to assembly. Everything you need to install was included with each component; drill bit, masonry bits, drivers, small level & ruler, concrete anchors, bolts, wall mollys and a pencil which doubled a depth gauge for the anchor bolts. The product is nicely made and has a nice sturdy feel to it. I would highly recommend these products. If you have any questions, their customer response is fantastic.. Both email & phone!. I was able to send a picture of where I intended to install the railings. They were able to help to sort out what items I needed to order.
