I received the coat January 11th, and opened it and hung it immediately. The entire coat is filled with wrinkles and it has been hanging for a month. I am going to try steaming them out. If it does not work, I will return it.

Extremely disappointed on this item. It took much longer than expected to arrive, and when it arrived the coat looked totally different from the one shown in the website. I ordered a royal blue and I got a navy blue coat 3x smaller than what is suppose to be. I request a return and when I received the label and took it to the UPS store, I was told I needed to cover the shipping because it was a third vender seller and was going back to China, if I wanted to send it back my cost of shipping would be over $220 and the coat was around $50. very disappointed.

I was really disappointed it took a month to get this coat and when it came it was not the correct color. I contacted the buyer and they gave me kind of a run around about, if I send it back it would take so long because it came from China. I settled for them just charging me a lesser price because I did not want to go through having to send this through customs back to China and waiting for them to finally get it and then refunding me my money and I'm sure they would have taken their sweet everliving time, long process. As you see the color is not a royal blue as they advertise it's navy. I was very disappointed so all I can say is buyer beware because this place will probably send you not the color of coat that you order and it felt like felt material instead of a wool.
