Different color came than I ordered, which was fine. Came with a nice canvas bag for travel. One complaint, something is loose inside prior to first use. You can hear it bouncing around, everything works fine but just annoying. Secondly app does not connect easily and is very spotty at best. Hoverboard works fine but don’t plan on using any of the speed controls or playing music.

I bought two for my kids for Christmas, they loved them. The plastics on them are kinda cheap, but my kids didn't care. We even opened one and the plastics were off. They're both being very careful with the charger since I read the reviews and the worst thing was the charger port seems to short out. I remember I read that it had a speaker built in but non of the instructions like highlight that or explain how to set it up but my oldest figured it out. And that does work. All in all, my kids are happy with them. And that's all I really cared about . My only concern was that they're not that self stabilizing. Once u place one foot on it , it tried taking off lol but my kids are like pros but for myself it's hard lol .

This was the favorite gift my grandchildren got for Christmas and they are ages 9 and 11. They had no trouble learning within 5 minutes how to balance. You always want a battery to last longer, but you get at least a good hour of riding time on a charge. They used it all over the house and even ventured outside in the cold to ride for awhile. They loved the lighting features and the blue tooth as well. Great gift
