The media could not be loaded. I really wasn’t too sure on what to expect since it didn’t have many reviews (at least as of when I’m writing this).. but I’m so happy I purchased it! It’s such a nice creamy Beige color and the material has a slightly soft feel to it, the material doesn’t feel scratchy to me. I almost went with a feather down sectional, but the reviews were awful, and the shipping apparently takes long from all three companies who sell them, so I took a leap of faith on this feather down alternative sectional. As of now, I would purchase again! It’s worth the price, considering its flexibility, fabric, the amount it costs to manufacture and ship this type of sectional - though I can’t speak on if it’s worth the price as far as how long it lasts, since I got it a few days ago. Sectionals like these can easily go for 2500+. Pictures and a video attached! PROS: - looks similar to the feather down couches - shipping took 3 less days to get here than expected. (They all come in different boxes some may come a day apart like they did for me) it took about 5-6 days. -ottomans open for storage - the cases to the cushions and pillows come off to be washed, and the cotton inside the cushions/pillows are actually inside it’s own encasement so it doesn’t get everywhere and you can just put it all back like a pillow in a pillow case. The white cover INSIDE the cushion cover also unzips to add more stuffing if needed in the future. Who knows, maybe I’ll add feathers one day, lol. - the rubber feet to the couch prevents the couch from sliding around. I’ve never ever had a couch where the feet were made to not slide. This is such a plus in my book! - the couch has connectors (though I’m not using them because the couch doesn’t slide on my wood floors or rug) - modular couch means during our next PCS I don’t have to worry about fitting a large piece of furniture out the front door lol. Since each piece comes apart I can put them in a sealable plastic bag to prevent bugs during any move! - also since it’s modular you can move the pieces around to your liking. I had to move one piece to the side. It still looks great! - it’s super easy to put together - I got the 7 piece set, two of which are ottomans. Now I can easily push the ottomans in and make a bed for movie night with my kiddos. - you can purchase more pieces later if you want to make it bigger. CONS: - This isn’t a con for me, but I feel like it will be for someone. Just like a lot of modular couches, the back of the couch is lower. We don’t mind this at all since we’re mostly lounging back on the couch (it’s so comfy!) and I think it looks good this way. - while you can buy more pieces to lengthen the couch, they don’t have the option to purchase “corner” pieces so that you can make your sectional L shaped. I really hope they consider selling corner pieces, as a lot of us love L shaped couches. For now I’m using one of The middle pieces to make it L shaped.

Update 11/23/23: Company reached out after my review to try and make things right. Good to know they read their reviews and try to make their customers happy with their products. I would buy from this company again. Pros: 1) Length of the couch is great. You can definitely stretch out and take a nap, but to comfortably fit you’ll have to remove the cushions. 2) Soft material and a nice, neutral color. 3) Arrived sooner than expected in I think 4 large boxes. 4) Easy to put together. Cons: 1) I wish the depth was deeper. Would be awkward to sit if I hadn’t gotten the ottoman to give me more room. 2) Backrest is pretty low. Top of the back cushion (which are thin) stop just below my shoulders. Can’t rest my head back. 3) Not the most comfortable couch to be honest, but I think that might change when the cushions loosen up from use. 4) A little pricey for the quality.

Let me preface by saying I had searched for many brands, styles, and prices on couches or sectionals for weeks before finally deciding on this one. We just moved into our first home and I wanted something larger and different than before. My main priorities for a new couch was something large enough for my family, comfortability and durability. First impression: The couch arrived in five heavy boxes that I awkwardly was able to drag inside. By the way, the couch was delivered 4 days earlier than anticipated. There were 3 instruction booklets, which I appreciate as both me and my boyfriend began assembling the couch. This couch was so easy to put together that a caveman could do it, I mean really. It was just easier and faster with two people making it happen. The material of the couch and cushions is soft and textured, and more of a dusty beige color. My only complaint is the cushions on the back and side move every-time someone sits down. My partner and I have decided to attach Velcro to the backs of the back cushions so they stay in place. After having this couch for a week, my thoughts: - I should have gotten a darker colored sofa for my familial needs but that’s nothing against this couch or company. - It is comfortable to nap on, I can lay fully down on the couch and still never touch the other end. - The ottoman is spacious and can hold many blankets! - My daughter spilled tea all over the couch and most of the stain came out with dawn dish soap and water but I let Stanley Steamer finish the job. It looks like nothing ever happened. Literally easier to clean than my old grey couch from Badcock. All in all, I am happy and satisfied. I would recommended this to anyone looking for a sectional. I still think the price is a little high but everything is expensive in this economy. FYI - I paid $2500 for a bedroom set from Badcock Furniture and it is terrible quality wood, assembly, etc. I mean like - crazy bad! I will definitely be checking out Amazon first when purchasing furniture in the future after this great experience.
