The recliner arrived earlier than promised, well packaged, complete and in excellent condition. It is so comfortable in every respect and the styling is excellent. It was a snap to do the minor assembly. The lower seat back is full and extremely supportive to my old back. The power adjustable headrest supports my head and neck and makes watching TV while leaning my head back against it in the upright or even the reclining position so much easier and more comfortable than my previous supposedly high end and definitly more expensive recliner that I ended up giving away to make space for this new one. The real top grain leather areas look and feel like genuine quality leather is supposed to look and feel. The leather also covers the high wear arm rest areas instead of vinyl in addition to covering all the seat back and bottom areas where your body touches. A couple of big pluses for me that were of key importance is the size is just right for the small space I had and it is really a true absolute zero clearance wall hugger. It can be placed literally right up against the wall because the whole chair moves forward and away from the wall as it reclines. This recliner easiIy matches or exceeds the quality and appearance of other recliners priced much higher. if you haven't already figured it out, I absolutely love this recliner. So does my little Yorkie. Thank you Chita for providing such an excellent product at such a reasonable cost. ... show more

Comfy & sleek! Great price!! It arrived way sooner than expected; 4 days sooner than quoted. It works great and was super simple to assembly. The wall hugging aspect is the awesome since we got it for a smaller spot in our family room. The color is perfect and just as pictured. This guy is just what we were looking for! This is a nice chair. I had gone to 5 stores looking for a recliner and I didn't want to pay between 1500 and 2 thousand. I had gotten a chair from somewhere else and had to take it back as it broke after 3 weeks. This one is comfortable and the color is nice. I got the blue as the light gray looked to light. I only gave it 4 stars as the head rest is a little hard and I am short and where it hits my head bothers me sometimes. But all in all for the price it's a great chair. My recliner just arrived today and I love it! I ordered the light grey, but I think it’s more of a light taupe or greige in color. It’s very comfy, and with me being petite, I love the adjustable head rest. Other recliners have never been comfortable for my neck, but this recliner is perfect for my 5’2” frame. The chair was delivered promptly, and the seller was very communicative and helpful in responding to a concern regarding the USB power port on the chair that I had (it didn't work). They also sent out a replacement part that I can install to fix the power port. But I am not convinced the chair is actual leather---when I was investigating the power port issue as the seller instructed me to do, I found the fabric tag on the chair that lists the material used as exclusively polyester. The seller did not have a convincing reason for the discrepancy, and the material makes me think the fabric tag is correct. Bummed, because I would have never paid this much for a polyester chair! ... show more

This lives up to its name as a wall hugger. I fully reclines but the base moves foward while reclining so you can have it close to a wall. The saddle leather is nice and looks sophisticated as well as cozy. It is very comfortable in sitting and reclining positions. The adjustable headrest helps support the neck and head to add to the overall comfort of the chair. It is easy to assemble as you just need to slide the back onto the seating base. The only thing I didnt like is the buttons for reclining and for the headrest are small and hard to operate by feel. They should have been separated so your not fumbling for the right switch and also it would be easier if they buttons were larger which would also make it easier to use. Its not so much a problem while sitting upright, but while reclined you cant easily look over the chair to see the controls. Saying that, I still rate this a solid 5 for both comfort, looks, and functionality. Also delivery is very fast. Love the color and the fabric. It operates smoothly and quietly. The adjustable headrest is a real plus and the attached ports. My daughters had to move it up 3 flights of stairs from the garage to my bedroom. They split it into 2 parts. It’s definitely a space saving recliner. Good price.
