This lives up to its name as a wall hugger. I fully reclines but the base moves foward while reclining so you can have it close to a wall. The saddle leather is nice and looks sophisticated as well as cozy. It is very comfortable in sitting and reclining positions. The adjustable headrest helps support the neck and head to add to the overall comfort of the chair. It is easy to assemble as you just need to slide the back onto the seating base. The only thing I didnt like is the buttons for reclining and for the headrest are small and hard to operate by feel. They should have been separated so your not fumbling for the right switch and also it would be easier if they buttons were larger which would also make it easier to use. Its not so much a problem while sitting upright, but while reclined you cant easily look over the chair to see the controls. Saying that, I still rate this a solid 5 for both comfort, looks, and functionality. Also delivery is very fast. This company shipped it the same day I ordered it and it was delivered by FedX 3 days afterwards.

Glad I got the coupon $110 off. I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend close to $700 on a leather recliner especially online. But I went ahead because of the great coupon and the fact that the other version of this Chita chair had wonderful reviews. I wanted the leather one but I didn't know at the time that it wasn't a rocker, swivel. My bad because I kept going back and forth between the other version that had a ton of wonderful reviews and this version. It's still a very nice chair!!! Assembly could have been a little easier. There was some unneeded drama with the zipper. Everything was great until it came to zippering on the top part to the base. The zipper appeared to be backward and it was very awkward trying to get it into place hold it down so I didn't strip the zipper and zip it all the way up while holding the back pad by myself. I thought at first maybe the zipper was backward but maybe that's the way they intended it? I spent about 10 minutes trying to figure that part out but that was the longest part of assembly. So far so good. It's a very nice chair and it's very quality. Very beautiful piece of furniture. I love the zero gravity and I've never had an adjustable headrest. So far so good and I will keep you updated if I have any issues.

I was very nervous about the quality and size but they are great. They are so soft and elegant. I ordered one at a time just in case I had to send it back but I ordered the second one the day I got the first one. Delivery was so quick!!! I can’t say enough about them. Highly recommend.

I love the smaller size chairs. They fit the space in this room much better. The look i was going for is just right. The chairs were packed well, delivered unharmed, and was easy to assemble. The chairs actually aren't as comfortable as I thought they would be. Seat is not that cushiony. I myself, think it would have been better to get a manual adjustment. The electric takes a long time to adjust...if you have to get up quickly for something. We love the wall hugger option but once our chairs are not against a wall, I wish the leather flap in the back went down far enough to cover the white box and the wires under the chair.

I have only had it for a few days, but it is firm, the motors are very quiet. I have no complaints. I was unsure about the color, it was not my first choice, but the chair has all the other qualities I was looking for. I might call the color "baseball mitt" or Franks Nashville hot sauce. I looked around my house to find something that you could go buy and see the real color. Franks was it.
