The keyboard is made from high-quality materials, with an aluminum frame that gives it a premium look. It's easy to disassemble and well-built inside. The packing came secure, but the magnetic piece inside the keyboard moved during shipping and gave the impression something was wrong with it. Fortunately, the keyboard is easily adjustable. I removed the keyboard faceplate, undid the connector, repositioned the magnetic pieces, and put it all back together. My keyboard has been working perfectly ever since. The custom purple color and key design are gorgeous, but the real star is the LED screen. You can put any image or photo on the screen, which adds a ton of personality to the board. I put one of my gaming logos on it. The typing experience is also excellent. The keystrokes produce a satisfying sound without being too loud, and the sound doesn't get picked up by my microphone. This makes it a good option for streamers—your viewers won't be able to hear a constant clickety-clack while you're typing. Setting up the keyboard proved a little difficult; however, the step-by-step instructions were clear. The software that comes with it is very comprehensive and provides a lot of options for configuring your key macros. But if you run into trouble, ChillKey has outstanding customer support via their Discord community, which guarantees that you will get help much faster than through more traditional channels. The keyboard has all the RGB lighting you'd expect at this price. Customizing it is as easy as you'd hope. Still, this is not a discount gaming keyboard, it's the kind of thing that earns a perfect 10/10 from me. It's what I'd recommend to anyone thinking about getting a truly great mechanical keyboard to pair with their gaming rig.

This keyboard sounds great. They did a fantastic job with lubing the switches. It may be a bit loud for some users, but it has a nice deep "THWACK" in stead of a "CLACK". The screen controls are intuitive, and its nice to be able to adjust the RGB lighting effects without additional software installed on my computer, as well as being able to view the battery life when using it on wireless. It comes with additional hardware including a screwdriver so you can easily take the keyboard apart, and the USB-C cable that comes in the box appears to be very high quality. This is probably one of the best "Out-of-box" high end mechanical keyboards I've ever used. Highly recommend.

I bought the black keyboard, but when I connected it to my PC, none of the keys worked. The keyboard lights up but nothing types. I tried connecting it to another PC and still nothing works.

I received an ND75 a few weeks ago. It's a really nice device out of the box with a premium feel at a low price for what you get. Ball-catch case design is easy to open, screen is whimsy and fun, sound is creamy. I'm not a fan of linear switches, but stock switches were fine. It worked great, initially. After switching the gif out on the screen a few times, it glitched. The menu got offset (see pics) where it's like the screen shifted to the left, and what was on the far left of the screen is now on the far right. I reached out to Chilkey customer support, and they asked me to flash the firmware for the PCB and screen. It didn't work. They asked me to do it again. It didn't work. They asked me to do it again and film the whole process. The bottom line is support will make you jump through hoops in hopes of frustrating you enough to give up. They should've sent a replacement and issued an RMA so they can get the board back to diagnose the issue for future problem solving. Since I wasn't getting anywhere with Chilkey, I initiate an Amazon exchange. The exchange came opened and DOA. The keyboard is well reviewed online and I can say it is very nice in hand, if it works. You just need to hope you don't have any issues. If you're not comfortable with tinkering and potentially bad service if you do have issues, I would pass on this. 1/14/25 edit: Leaving the original review but adding Chilkey reached out to me to apologize for my experience. They've made things right with me. Product issues happen, so that aside, the keyboard is excellent and really a great value for the money. I only use tactile switches, so I swapped out the default (which are linear) switches but the OEM ones seem fine. I may have been impatient and unfair to Chilkey as they are trying to take care of their customers. Buy with confidence knowing they'll take care of you if something goes wrong.

This keyboard is excellent! The keys are a bit on the softer-press side, which is perfect for me. I do a lot of gaming and have noticed a bit less fatigue in my keyboard hand already. The screen is high quality and very customizable. Works wired and wireless without issue, make sure to read the shortcut guide when you first break it out to know what you're doing and download the keyboard profile manager from this company to really make it your own. Very nice to type on, good key responsiveness and not too noisy, but still a nice sound to it.
