My first shipment of this chair was unfortunately damaged in transit, and the back arrived cracked and splintered. I dreaded reaching out to customer support thinking it would be hard to get a replacement but they were absolutely delightful and had a new one in the mail to me within minutes. Assembly was very easy after that, and the chair is quite comfortable. It’s pretty light weight and I do wish it felt just a little more solid and sturdy, but it gets the job done and I was extremely pleased with this company’s service. This glider is extremely comfortable- the momma to be is using this already- when she comes home from work and needs to put her feet up, she is able to relax as she is soothed by the movement of the glider ( glides smooth). Did require a small amount of assembly- which was easy to do.

Overall I like the chair. It was easy to assemble. But why is the base in such a shabby state? I had a similar chair for 4 years and it even in better condition than this one just out from the box. I have a feeling that I received an already used product. But I don't have time to wait for a replacement, I need a chair now since my old one broke.
