I am so happy the coat arrived as expected. I ordered a medium black,brown and white patterned coat. It looks exactly as described on the photo. After reading reviews about Chicwish I was worried that I would't receive the correct item and that I'd have to deal with them directly. Thankfully this did not happen, I received the correct size and everything. The coat is decently made and feels quite warm. I'd say it would work well up to 20 degree F weather. Anything colder you would definitely need something warmer. As for the fit, I am a 5 ft girl that's curvy and 150 lbs. I hold most of my weight in my lower half, chest and upper arms. My arms are not thin and they were able to fit in a medium. The coat fits perfect, it's not snug or too large and the length falls just where I'd want it to be--right around my bottom. Since this coat is tied I'd say there is not need to order a size up and what you usually wear should work. I wear size medium tops and 8 or 10 bottoms. This coat fits well. I definitely recommend purchasing this coat. It's cute, stylish and worth the money.

By far my favorite Amazon purchase! Follow the size chart for an accurate fit. In selecting the size , I read a lot of reviews and picked the XXXL size to fit me. I am 5'8", 200lbs, and usually wear a size 14-16 (US) dress...though the arms were a little tight in movement it still was the perfect fit. The fabric is beautiful and the wool content is high enough that this coat does not look cheap...looks like 100% wool, it is heavier than it appears and very well lined. This coat is too heavy to wear on days where the temps are above 10 degrees Celsius. I receive tons of compliments whenever I first wore it to my trip for London winter and will purchase a couple more patterns... Buy the coat!

Overall, I really like this coat. It is genuinely well made and well structured, and I've gotten so many compliments on its fashionable appearance. It's warm, and just roomy enough, but I have one tiny gripe. There's no button. I wish there was at least one button to keep it more snug, especially since the material is a bit heavy and it doesn't feel like the belt is going to keep it snug enough on your body as you walk around. But overall, I haven't had too much of an issue with this aspect. The lapels are large, and you may need to position them each time you put it on or else the lapels will splay out wide around your shoulders. BUT, that also means you can play with the look at bit.

This jacket for starters is very beautiful. I love how it sits shorter in the back so I don’t have to adjust before sitting especially when driving. The front layers beautifully and covers my little chubby belly without making me look fat or pregnant. (That’s just where I usually carry most of my weight since having 3 kids). The only downside is that it was super small on me. I can’t blame them because I’m not really sure exactly my size. I usually always order an XL in coats so I did for this one as well. It’s about 2 sizes too small. I couldn’t stretch my arms forward. I could probably fit in XXL but I like a little extra space for layers of clothing. I was very surprised that it came a week sooner than expected. I’m hoping my return/exchange will go smoothly because I haven’t done this before. I’ll update customer service when I have an update. And I’ll give it a better rating if everything goes well. UPDATE: (added 1 star) I got my refund the same night I sent it back. I was considering buying a larger size but noticed it is only 1” difference from size XL to XXXL in the shoulders. I would totally recommend it if you think it will fit you. I just don’t feel like going through the process of it all again not knowing if it will fit.

I was worried that it would not be long enough as most of the reviews were from more petite ladies. I am 5'10" and 130lbs. I purchased a small and it fits perfectly - the bottom is long enough, the waist is where it should be (and I have a long torso), and the arms are proper length. The outer material is very smooth and soft, and reminds me of cow hide. The material and lining are thick so I believe it will be warm in cold temperatures. I have not worn this in the cold yet. (edit: it is good in the cold) This is a high quality jacket and appears to be durable. For this price I have not seen jackets of this quality in stores. It looks and feels like a 100-200$ jacket if it was sold in a store. Note: the chest tends to open so if its cold you may need a scarf

This is a really pretty little jacket for fall. I ordered the camel plaid, and I think it'll look great with a brown skirt and turtleneck. I'm 5'3, 170 , and the XL fits, although it's a little tight in the shoulder because I have broad shoulders. Someone clearly ordered the coat before me and sent it back because it reeks of perfume! Please, people, have courtesy and respect for others; don't wear perfume when you're trying on clothes. I loathe the smell of perfume, and it makes me sick. I'm going to have to have this dry cleaned in order to get the stench out. I've never been to a bordello, but I can only imagine it smells like this. 🤢😡

I absolutely love this coat! It’s excellent quality and well worth the money, which I wasn’t sure it would be but I tried to justify the price because I so badly wanted the style. It’s so cute, but it’s also so warm and super soft! It kept me comfortable and warm in 30° weather without extra layers such as a scarf or more than the t-shirt I had on underneath. So I know that with layering it would be perfect in colder weather once the temp drops further. I love it and will purchase in another color as well. I definitely recommend.

If this thing was lined it would absolutely be worth the price. After taxes it came to $95.29 which is definitely overpriced by at least $25. That being said, it's well made and a good FALL wool blend coat. You'll need to layer underneath this if you want to stay warm in colder temperatures as it's certainly not a winter jacket/coat. I agree with a couple other posts that mentioned the belt could be longer. I'm 5'6, a little over 125 pounds and the belt was fine for me as I'm relatively narrow through the waist. But if I put on 10 pounds... LOL. The belt really can stand to be a little longer. Overall I'm pleased with the quality and style of this item, but seriously went back and forth for a couple of weeks before finally deciding to purchase it because I do feel it's overpriced. There are full on winter coats at this price point that will keep you much more warm than this jacket so it'll end up being a judgment call on spending almost $100 on this item. I will say that I'm not really inclined to let anyone borrow it based on the price point, lol.
