I moved into a house and all the blinds needed to be updated. I originally wanted Roman shades or a woven bamboo shade but I hated the way they looked from the outside (the mechanism and strings showing) I went to Home depot and decided on zebra blinds however they started at $220 a blind- and I had a whole house to buy for. I turned to trusty Amazon and found these- read all the reviews and took a chance on them. First of all- I love the look. I got the linen color and I get compliments on them all the time and people are amazed by them. Going in I knew from other reviews that 1. The sides are about an inch shorter on both sides of the actual blind than the top rod and 2. They are light filtering- so if you are wanting privacy- I wouldn’t recommend these or make sure you have curtains as well. People on the reviews raved about the quality but I find them quite cheap- they are lightweight and the fabric is really thin. The zebra blinds on display at Home Depot are very good quality and thick (and also start at $220) the very first time I rolled the shade up one of the threads got stuck and it shredded the end of the material ON THE FIRST ROLL. I was so disappointed. Also the top- no matter how hard my husband tightened or I tightened- it was crooked. Overall, I do like the look and it completes the look I was going for. And you get what you pay for. If you are going to be using these everyday, open and closing them such as in a living room, I wouldn’t recommend, they work good in our bedroom since we don’t open and shut the blinds everyday ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I followed instructions advertised when ordering. I installed all by myself inside the window. It took about 30 minutes. I really love these. Just hate i didn’t go a little darker.

Review is for the Clic Zebra blinds - they’re awesome, quality, cordless blinds that are easy to install and smooth to open/close. My window was 70 inches inside, so bought 2 35” blinds. As you can see, I still had room on the sides and in the middle. The actual blind fabrics are even shorter than 35 which they state on their site. This leaves an unavoidable gap between the blinds. I bought the natural blinds and the grey blinds. The grey doesn’t “blackout” but they def provide privacy. Similar custom blinds cost double the price. Lastly, for some reason when I priced the smaller size they charged more. Again, sizes are about 1/2 smaller than listed. Hope this helps. ... show more

OK, so the installation is simple. The construction of these blinds seems fine. After I installed them and lowered the shade, I was disturbed to fins that the zebra stripes are not level. I had installed 2 identical blinds....both have the same issue. The manufacturer includes a note to contact them if there are any problems but doesn't give a way to contact them. When you visit their website for help it directs you back to amazon, still no support - just a way to return them. Total waste of my time. These shades are a joke and are being returned. ... show more

Went through some changes the first time ordered. Got the product and it was damaged. Sent it back and was promptly reimbursed. Got these shades and it changed the decor. Even the kids really like them. Easy to install and works really good. Only a suggestion, the bottom bar to pull down the shade could be in the same color of the material instead of solid white. We have since outfitted 8 windows in two different colors. Now let's see how long they will last. ... show more

    • Absolutely horrible
Took about two hours to install, the measurement was off by 1/2 an inch, which you wouldn't think matters but after installation it does. The pull area is not set and has a hollow metal pole held in place on the side by two brackets, a couple of f pulls to close or open loosen the side brackets, making the pole needed to grab the shade for pull go flying. this was such a waste of time and money, save your coins and just go pro the first time. The quality construction of the pull the blind is so flimsy and defeats the purpose of actually having blind. . ... show more
