The media could not be loaded. At first I wasn’t sure if I would like these better than traditional blinds but I feel like it’s added some warmth and coziness to my toddlers room. They were difficult for me to install but if you’re a handy person it could be simpler for you!

I have these in Pine in 3 sizes. Two over a large window in a guest room (rarely used), one over a window in main room and over a back French door (these two are used every day). These were exactly what I was looking for: the perfect color, good price, so easy to pull up/down, lightweight, good for direct sun blocking, and the install was fairly easy compared to another brand in the master. Unlike the other brand (which is a little clunky looking and hard to pull down and very hard to install), these are not privacy blinds. You can basically see right in at night, but not out lol. Initially these are shorter than listed but for the most part they relax out (guest room ones have not, I assume because they never get used). And mostly they go up/down evenly. My biggest con with these though - I’ve had to replace the one over the door twice for the same reason: the elastic cord pulling one side up/down has frayed and snapped. I don’t understand what’s happening aside from possible friction against the poor design choice of a metal ring that it feeds through. This one is used the same amount as the window one with the only notable difference being that the door is opened/closed rather than a stationary window. Also the last replacement had holes in the wood slats (maybe from small knots falling out?). Overall I recommend but not for a crazy high price.

Ordered this blinds and really liked them for the price and the look, however after having them up in our home for 6 months my husband noticed white dust on the windowsill and looked above the white powder at the blinds and saw perfect tiny circles where beetles were eating the blinds. we called a pest control company to come spray for wood eating beetles and after spraying he suggested to remove the blinds. After looking at other reviews, it's obvious that these blinds came infected with bugs from whatever country they come from. I would avoid these blinds at all cost unless you want other wood in your home to get infected and munched on. And if you think this is just a one off situation read other reviews. It's not just "white powder" its saw dust from the beetles!

The media could not be loaded. So far I’ve purchased five of the Roman shades from this company. I ordered them in March and they were delivered around March 25 of 2022. Installation was rather easy the company provided all of the hardware necessary to complete the install the blinds came well packed So the blinds were safe but I really appreciate the company not using too much packaging as that can be quite wasteful. During the install, the blinds went up rather easily if you get stuck with the installation there’s plenty of YouTube videos on how to install and put the blinds in place. The look is absolutely beautiful especially from my home where I didn’t want full blackout shades I wanted light to come through. I also have a specific aesthetic in my home these blinds matched perfectly. All is well up until about two days ago when two of the blinds snapped near the bottom area. As I was pulling the blinds down the strings at the bottom where the blinds bunch, snapped and came on done so now I’m not quite sure how to go about fixing the issue. Since I’m out of the return window through Amazon , I have contacted the seller provided my email, phone number and reached out to them in a chat through Facebook as that’s an option on their website. So far I’m waiting for a response it hasn’t been very long so I’m looking to give at least 48 to 72 hours for someone to reach out. I’d like to see if the company is willing to work with me and either help me fix the issue or send me a replacement for the two blinds that are currently broken. I planned on purchasing at least five more because I love them that much. I hope the issue that I’m experiencing right now with the blinds is just a random mishap and does not continue with the rest of the blinds. I’ve only had them for a month and take rather good care of them and the blinds get basic usage during the day so I’m I’m going to assume the company can walk me through how to better care for the blinds or possibly better ways to pull them down without having them break. Once I hear from customer service there will be an update.
