I cannot say enough about these bamboo blinds! They are inexpensive, well maid, and absolutely beautiful! They have completely updated my sunroom. I love the color. I will say that there is some color variation between each set of blind but, who cares when they look this good?!?! The installation directions were simple. The only thing that I thought was unnecessary was the long screws to hold up the brackets. I used much shorter screws and predrilled the wholes. I screwed each one in by hand. It was much easier that way. The results speak for themselves. And after you put in eight of them, you're a pro. Thank you amazon for providing a quality product that works with a middle class American families budget. Well done! ... show more

Beautiful addition to my back door! So easy to install and provides more privacy than I anticipated from the outside. From the outside, during the day there is near 0% visibility and at night with lights on, you can make out what's in the living room, but not without effort. The shade is made really well and glides easily up and down when opening/closing. Highly recommend for an elevated look at a reasonable price. ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: These offered ease of installation and a variety of colors. They were well-priced and I really love that they are cordless. The fit is perfect and they shipped very quickly. I would recommend these and the vendor.

    • Instructions Sketchy - No after hours or weekend customer service

These are very nicely made & after we finally got them up, are quite happy with them. However, the instructions weren’t very clear and ended up scratching up the back, unfortunately. We tried reaching out to customer service, but there’s no after hours or weekend avenue to them, so you can just forget it if you’re working on home projects during that time - which most of us who work usually use that time to do our home projects, but I digress. Other than that, they’re very nice & seem to be quite sturdy. A suggestion would be to provide more detail in your help videos. While they do have some very helpful videos on their site, the issues we were having were not addressed in a visual perspective. Otherwise, they seem to be very sturdy & are look quite lovely. Ordered this blinds and really liked them for the price and the look, however after having them up in our home for 6 months my husband noticed white dust on the windowsill and looked above the white powder at the blinds and saw perfect tiny circles where beetles were eating the blinds. we called a pest control company to come spray for wood eating beetles and after spraying he suggested to remove the blinds. After looking at other reviews, it's obvious that these blinds came infected with bugs from whatever country they come from. I would avoid these blinds at all cost unless you want other wood in your home to get infected and munched on. And if you think this is just a one off situation read other reviews. It's not just "white powder" its saw dust from the beetles! ... show more

There were some imperfections on one of the shades where it looks like the bamboo is damaged. I didn't notice it until my brother pointed it out. Too late to return. Not real noticeable.
