The media could not be loaded. Zero insulation, just wood pieced together. No purch inside if ground isn't level the doors will not latch close. I use this for my broody mommas to have a safe place to raise their babies and still be close to the flock. But now that I am getting into fall I think it will have to go into the garage for warmth. You get what you pay for. This is a super inexpensive coop, and while it looks cute in pictures, it is poorly made, cheap soft wood, missing pieces and horrible instructions. I do not recommend this coop
